Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama and the condo was very clean. We would stay here again. The view was great and the check in and out was easy.

Awesome stay

Room was great, everything was clean and very well kept. Had a great view from the balcony. Also loved being able to bring our dog. Would recommend to people to stay there

Condo was great. Parking was a little weird and the elevators were slow. Overall had a great time with family at the beach and in the condo. I would stay here again for sure!

The perfect stay

We were immediately impressed with how beautiful this condo was. It was very clean as well. The beds were comfy enough. We loved that there was box fans available in the bathroom closet & laundry area closet as we sleep better with fans. The location of this condo is great. Close enough to anything you might need. We hung out at the pool at the second tower as it tended to be much less crowded. The only complaint I could think of for the room was that there was no dresser storage in the master bedroom so we kept everything in suitcases. Not a huge deal tho. We would definitely stay here again and suggest this to others as well.

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful week and the condo was great! We had plenty of room and it was high enough for a good view, but not too inconvenient for coming and going! Thank you! We really liked being in the corner unit as well because of the extra windows!

Nice unit and easy rental experience

Property was very clean and well maintained. I have been visiting PCB 1 to 2 times a year for 30+ years and Warren Beach Rentals was one of the best in making the process extremely easy. Definitely interested in using them in the future.

Really nice condo with Amazing views!

This condo was in the best location! Being a corner unit allowed us the best views and a great cross breeze on the balcony!! Condo has really nice decor, very spacious, and comfortable. We especially love the pet area outside!! It has automatic lights that pop on when you take your pet out at nighy! Warren Beach Rentals were amazing, and very responsive to any text or email I sent! This is the 2nd time we've rented from them, and now, they are the only agency we will use!

Cleanliness

It was a nice condo but cleanliness was very unsatisfactory. We had to buy cleaning and mopping products because the flior left my granddaughters feet black, as well as the rest of the family. The washer ruined a few pieces of our clothing because it had black grime in the washer. We also deep cleaned the washer. There was a terrible smell coming from the sink, we also deep cleaned it. Bottom line, we spent a lot of time cleaning. Your cleaning company needs to step up their game. I would book again. We liked the area.

2022 family vacation

Our experience was just okay. The price was higher than we wanted to pay but it was all we could find. Also for the cost of this condo, the parking situation was sub par. We found 2 full vodka bottles behind one of the beds. The latch plate on the front door was broken and got worse as the week went by. There were 2 broken shelves in the door of the fridge. For the cost vs the conditions, not worth it.

Our stay was AWESOME!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Warren Beach Rentals!! When we arrived to check in, we found that the side of the building where the unit we rented was located was having exterior painting performed rendering the unit unusable. The building management neglected to notify Warren Beach Rentals. They were amazing!! They had us in a different unit in the same resort on the same floor in less than 30 minutes!! We couldn’t be more pleased with their prompt response! And both units we great!! We will definitely bypass the big sites and go directly to Warren Beach Rentals for our future visits to the Emerald coast!! Thanks Warren Team!!
