wonderful vacation

we had a great time. the staff was friendly, and vacasa was incredibly easy to work with. the home was clean and smelled great when we arrived at 2:30pm - so we were crazy early! The view was the best part. can not beat it!

Spring Break ‘24

Beautiful place with gorgeous views and outstanding amenities. Beach was fabulous. Room had a few minor issues but maintenance was on top of everything. Restaurants within walking distance.

Home Away From Home

The unit was so beautiful, clean, and updated. All of the showers had great water pressure. The AC worked great. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The view of the beach from the balcony was incredible. We didn’t want to leave!

NICE!!!

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in during visit to PCB! Ton of space lots of amenities & just all around wonderful room and view. Full kitchen living area & 3 bathrooms !! Lots of smart home amenities & the room is MODERN; lots of condos have old run down furniture so this was a breath of fresh air ; would definitely visit again Only con was the amount of children in the hot tub (I can imagine spring break played a part but staff literally was begging them to get out bc they were horse playing and overcrowding it)

Didn’t Meet Expectations

I had high hopes for this modern unit, but things went downhill within the first hour. 2 of the 3 bathrooms had issues (hot water & drainage). AC didn’t go below 69 degrees. There were stains and hair. Dishwasher leaked. No fan/light in one of the bedrooms. I have photos and videos. We dealt with maintenance while on vacation. They came the 3rd day, late. Unfortunately, this was my mother's 50th birthday trip and we can’t get a do over.
