Twin Palms 505

Nice pool area. Condo was nice. Dryer was not working. Maintainance came to "fix" dryer, but it still didn't work properly. Overall was a good stay except for the dryer.

There were a few items we could have used for the kitchen. But we made it work. The view and location was the reason we chose this one. We spent most of our time when at the condo on the balcony. I would recommend it to our friends.

very clean, had everything we needed, they called after we settled in to make sure everything was ok..convenient location to all resturants etc.. place was very secure. which we didn't have to worry about our car. our second time at Twin Palms ... would certainly rent there again for our next vacation..loved the beach,

Fall Break ‘24

Twin Palms 505 gave us a great week! The only reason I gave the check-in progress a 4 was because the gate codes provided did not work as the resort itself had not changed to the new code, and we had to get it from other guests. Sue from BTC was so responsive with questions /issues we had, and Cole from BTC fixed the balcony lock in a heartbeat. Great job! Our adult children said the queen beds were not super comfortable, but we were good with the king bed. Guest bedroom could also use a blackout curtain as that is the sunrise window. We loved being able to walk a few steps and be on the beach. While the place was generally clean, there could be some touch ups for loose shower tiles and more detailed cleaning along the baseboards - esp in the bathrooms, and our socks were black after walking on all the floors right after we got there. Would be nice to have a new dining room table as the chairs are not comfortable, and you can practically injure yourself on the heavy metal legs of the table and chairs. It's pretty though! We loved the location as the only condo on the end with only one other between our door and the elevators. I would stay here again if we make it back this way!
