Step into paradise at our vibrant beach home, that consists of two 4bdr 3.5 baths connected as a duplex! Only a 5-min walk to the ocean, each haven features 2 king master suites, one queen bedroom, a sleek kitchen, and a playful bunk room. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day of sandy fun. Or, take a dip in the saltwater pool, sizzle up treats on the black stone grill, or enjoy yard games under the sun. Local Rosemary/Laguna Beach, and Pier Park shops and restaurants are minutes away.

Discover luxury beach living in our sleek, brand-new duplex just a 5-minute walk to the shore. This modern retreat features 4 beds, 3.5 baths, including 2 king master suites with adjoining tiled showers in each unit. Relax in the queen and bunk rooms, sharing a stylish bathroom. Guests will have full access to the space except for an owner`s closet.

This house includes two duplexes, each with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a private saltwater pool. So, check out the other listing if you want to book for multiple families or you can also reserve this homes in one booking!

*Please note that regular pool cleaning is done every Tuesday/Thursday. If staying over those dates, it should be minimal interruption.*

This house is centrally located within a few minutes walk to the beach and just off of US Route 98.

There is plenty of parking onsite during your stay. With the beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, a car may not be necessary depending on your needs.

I will be available during your stay if you need anything!
✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

GUESTS WHO BOOK AND DO NOT COMPLETE THIS STEP WILL NOT RECEIVE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS OR A REFUND. Cleaning and Damages

RENTAL AGREEMENT


1: RESERVATION INFORMATION

CHECK-IN

The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.


CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.


EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.

NO REFUNDS

This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.


2: ID VERIFICATION


IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Guests are required to complete the Happy Guest check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.


BACKGROUND SCREENING

We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws. Reasons for refusing service to, or removing, a Guest or any other individual include, but are not limited to: refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance such that the individual is disturbing the peace; seeking to use the apartment for an unlawful purpose; seeking to bring into the apartment an unlawfully-possessed firearm or any item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroying, damaging, or defacing the Property or threatening harm to the Property, other guests, or residents of the Property; causing or permitting persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of the apartment; or refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the Company, including, without limitation, the House Rules and any published rules and regulations.


3: RIGHTS OF ACCESS

RIGHT OF ENTRY

Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that the Property Owner, Property Manager, Hosts, Maintenance, and other staff reserve the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations, and improvements, as deemed necessary.

ACCESS

You acknowledge that your reservation does not confer exclusive possession or exclusive access. We retain the right to access and enter at any time as needed, however, we will attempt to notify you before entering the apartment as a courtesy to you except in the event of an emergency. If called upon, law enforcement will be granted immediate access.

KEYS / ACCESS CODES

Access codes and/or keys are issued to the registered Guest and work at the Check-in time. Failure to return these items at the time of your departure will result in a fee of $500 for each unreturned item.

LOCK OUT

A lockout of Guests from the property will result in a minimum of $25 service call during business hours. Guests agree that a lock out after business hours will result in a locksmith being called and Guests being charged accordingly.

WIFI

While we make best efforts to provide interruption-free, high-quality Internet access, we assume no liability in the event that Internet access becomes unavailable. Guests are prohibited from using WiFi for any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The Company assumes no liability for Guest use of the Internet.


PARKING AT OWN RISK

Vehicles must be parked as described in the instructions provided, if any. Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We do not assume liability or responsibility for the vehicle, the occupants, or any contents while the vehicle is being operated or while it is parked on the property. If the vehicle is left at the property past check-out time, the vehicle is at risk of being towed..
