Customer Service Killed the Experience
First of all check in will always be late, I should have paid attention to the reviews.
Our lights in two separate bedrooms had somehow gotten wired together and one rooms light would turn on when the other one's was turned off. We spent a few hours trying to get any kind of emergency maintenance to come fix the issue...NO AVAILABLE MAINTENANCE after hours! NONE. We finally cut off the breaker.
I spent the entire next day trying to track down an office manager that doesn't come in until 11 on Mondays. Then I spent the remainder of the day explaining my issues to 3 different maintenance people who called me for explanation and to tell me they couldn't get to me until the next day. Around 5pm when my husband demanded that some kind of manager pay us an in person visit, the maintenance manager showed up and things got moving. Lights were fixed, pool was cleaned but the TV in the master never worked and they never came back to fix it.
The property manager did finally give me a percentage of my money back, but I wasted 2 days of my vacation dealing with maintenance issues. I would not hire this property management company to manage any property of mine. Customer service sucks. The front desk people know nothing. Before we got to the house it took me 3 calls and 3 days just to confirm if there is a TV in every room!! Don't know why I didn't cancel right then.
The house itself is super nice and roomy. The location is amazing. These owners are going to miss out on return business solely based on customer service.
