ADORABLE HOME -COZY-GREAT LOCATION IN THE HUB

WE HAD LOTS OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT WE MADE AWESOME MEMORIES. THE HOUSE WAS SO CUTE. GREAT LOCATION IN THE HUB. THE HOUSE HAD BEAUTIFUL ROOMS. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!

This home was perfect!

The house couldn't have been more perfect. We were two families staying at the home with 4 children in total. The location was great and the house itself was in pristine condition, I would highly recommend staying here.

30A Beach Vacation

3Seas is one of the best properties we have stayed at along 30A. The living space is beautifully decorated and very clean. The bedrooms were perfect for our family, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen amenities to cook meals. Our family enjoyed using the bikes on the bike trails and the golf cart to drive to Seacrest Beach and Deer Lake beach access points. The smaller community pool was quiet and very relaxing. We enjoyed our vacation and can't wait to return!

Great house for a getaway

Deer Park was a great place to hit the beach and then after coming home you can walk up to the chill for many dinner options. We loved the close proximity to both. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.

Grabbed dinner at The Hub every night since it was so easy to walk around the corner for great food. The golf cart is great for getting to the beach at Deer Lake.

Perfect for multigenerational vacation

Our parents that have trouble with stairs were able to stay in the downstairs suite and we had plenty of space upstairs for my family and my sister’s family. House was very clean and had such a great feel. We didn’t want to leave. Communication with the owners could not have been better. We had everything we needed! Will be back!

Great Stay

Other than the beach access issues, the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It stormed almost everyday we were there, so the covered front porch was great to have! The pool closed at dusk, not 9pm like the rental said. That was a huge let down. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Kids riding bikes all day and even late hours.

Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house perfect for two families! Quick walk to The Bill Chill- with restaurants and stores and great grassy area to play. Perfect for kids! Came with a golf cart and adult bikes- which was great for our families! The only downfall is you have to bike or take a golf cart to the nearest beach access about .6m away. But other than that- the house was great!! Highly reccomend!

Family Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely clean when we arrived. Very timely communication from the rental company. Living, dining and kitchen area is open and spacious. Master suite on first floor was nice and had a small desk area which came in handy to us for workspace. Kitchen well stocked. The only downfall to us was the distance to the beach entrance with toddlers. But we knew this coming in and prepared ourselves. We did enhjoy being walking distance to the hub in the evenings for music and ice cream.

Annual Beach Trip

My family meets annually to stay in the 30A area and we love the convenient location of this neighborhood to the pools, the Big Chill, and the beach (we take the golf cart and park across from the Seabreeze Public Beach Access). The house was beautiful and clean, the kitchen well-stocked, has really comfortable beds, lovely front porch with dining table and couch, and easy to use smart TVs. The only thing we wish we had known is that the bunk room only has a curtain door (not a fully enclosed room) which was problematic for our toddlers but we made do. We did have issues with the fridge leaking and the freezer didn't make ice (so we had to purchase our own) but the group did send a maintenance worker out on the last day of the trip to repair it. We overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this house again! Highly recommend!
