Ocean Front Beach Condo with wrap around balcony at Pinnacle Port on the second floor of the B1 building. This condo has 3 queen bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is located next to Camp Helen State Park.

The property amenities include two pools, tennis courts, a dock and boat ramp on Lake Powell, shuffleboard, a playground, a grilling area, trails, and a beautiful beach that is private to Pinnacle Port and Carillon Beach. This is all located on a peninsula between Lake Powell, the gulf, and a nature preserve. The property is accessible through a guard gate that is shared with Carillon Beach neighborhood. Carillon Beach also includes shops and restaurants that are within walking distance. Conveniently located between 30-A and Pier Park.

Great experience

We had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Port. The condo we stayed in was recently renovated and we felt like we were in a new unit. The beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Heather was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. We look forward to using this condo again in the future.

We loved our stay here! The balcony made you feel like you were right on the beach without actually walking out there. It was perfect for us! The rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds were soooo comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back! This is our new go to condo since the one we’ve stayed in for 13 years was sold last year. So thankful we found this one!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful condo with us!!

Where to begin

If you are looking for a place that has everything.....look no further. The location was easy to access the beach as well as the indoor/outdoor pool area. The property is far enough away from the busy PCB strip, yet close enough if you want to take a short drive and get into that kind of action. We sat and watched the sunset from our balcony on multiple nights, and the beach itself was never over crowded even during peak season. With close proximity to PCB and Rosemary Beach, there were always plenty of options to do sunny activities or rainy day back up plans. The owner of this particular property is amazing and is very quick to respond should any need arise. If you have not booked here yet, better hurry, as I am sure this property won't be open for long.

Great place to stay !!!

Heather was great to work with. The property was great. Steps away from the beach. Close to grocery store and gas. Close to restaurants. In a gated community that was perfect for taking daily walks. The beds were so comfortable in all three rooms. Master bath was great. Televisions could use directions - none of them worked the same and were confusing. No screens were odd for us, but seemed to be common in the area. Check in was simple and room had a key pad instead of a key - made it nice to be able to have room locked while at beach and not worry about losing a key. You can rent beach chairs but we took our own. Take your own beach towels, soaps, shampoos, detergent, etc. Two of the three rooms have windows that have views of the beach. Third bedroom windows are of outdoor hallway but there are shades. Really a nice place. Would stay again!
