Excellent experience

This was the cleanest unit we have stayed in at shores of Panama. We will absolutely make this unit our go to from now on. It was so super clean and we got to enjoy a sweet mama bird and her babies in a nest behind the air unit. I was super impressed with the new check in online and was able to drive straight to my parking spot which was awesome.

Beautiful views

We loved his condo including the room and the amenities. However we were on the 23rd floor and the elevators were broken 50% of the time which made it difficult to come and go.

This someone cleanest units we have stayed in at Shores. Paying for the registration ahead of time and having our bands and parking pass ready as we drove in was wonderful. We loved our parking spot and the unit was WONDERFUL. I wouldn’t change my rating from 5 star excellent, but there were a couple of small things. Kitchen needs a couple more essentials that I’m not used to purchasing or I would have included in my grocery order (salt/pepper, coffee filters, cheese grater, and maybe a couple more mixing bowls). Again these were minor issues and we just purchased what we needed when we picked up our groceries. View was spectacular. I do wish there was a survey for the property security. Mostly good but definitely need to enforce a few of their rules a little better.

The only thing that I have to say is that one night our parking spot was taken. At this hotel the spots are reserved by room number, and ours was taken. This caused me to have to go down to property patrol and ask what we needed to do next. They told us to park in any free yellow painted space, although it took about 30 minutes to find one free spot within all 11 floors. It is just disappointing that we not only paid for our parking spot, but then had to take unnecessary time to look for another. This hotel is very strict on rules and we followed them just to not receive the same treatment back.

Excellent studio condo

Everything was great for the most part. Elevator on the end closest to my condo was out of order several times during the week. I also got locked out 3 times and had to call for a new code. Other than that, it was great! I will definitely be back!

I do not like the fact that I paid good money to stay 2 nights and then after booking and cancellation date passed I received an email stating parking was an additional $75. Then I arrive early which I was told I could and enter early for my entry codes not to work.

Perfect spot

So cute and very clean. A little different decor than pictured. Had a cat snorkeling for the shower curtain, which was weird. It is on the 23rd floor so if you're afraid of heights, this may not be the room for you. Did have a problem with the door code, but that was quickly resolved. The only issue we really had was just the not sures. Didn't know where our room was compared to parking spot, which was a great spot; hard time getting the fan to work, our stupidity though; wasn't able to watch TV without a subscription to Hulu or Netflix, or something like that; didn't know we had to pay for parking pass, but that was our stupidity too. Wasn't really sure how to leave the place. Would've been nice to have a binder with all the info in it.

Needs some work

Overall Shores of Panama is a great resort that I have visited several times before. This specific condo was not the cleanest which was surprising as other condos I have stayed in have been extremely clean. The key pad kept restring to a new passcode and each day I would have to call customer support to get it reset. This issue was not fixed at all during my stay. We also couldn’t use the kitchen as the water/garbage disposal in the sink kept backing up making it impossible to utilize the kitchen sink. Yet again, no one came to fix the issue even after reporting it twice. As I said this resort is beautiful, but I will not be staying in this specific condo again.
