5 Star Excellent Stay

This place is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for somewhere in the Panama City Beach area!! The host and company were very nice and respectful!! The pictures of the room served its justice as flawless!!

Great view

We enjoyed our stay at Laketown. There are a few hoops to jump through and hidden fees associated with Laketown that we weren’t aware of. Also, didn’t seem very well stocked. There was only one fork in the silverware drawer and kitchenware in general needs to be restocked. Location was great as well as the view.

Overall was a great trip. Few minor things but were handled pretty quickly. New wrist band thing was good but feel like it should just be adults that have to wear them and kids could have throw away ones.

2 Star Bad Stay

To start with 3A elevator was broke down from Sunday to Thursday and then Wednesday elavator 3B started acting up. The condo was not cleaned well there was still grit on the floor and there was only 1 fork. The balcony had not been cleaned there was a can tab 35cents and had not been swept. Last but not least the staff at the welcome center less than enthusiastic about having guests there not welcoming at all. There were stains on the couch and love seat also someone from nautical opened the door with out announcing themselves and walked off so I went out to the breezeway he came to say he's was looking for a prescription the last tenant had left. So to say the least I'm not happy with this stay!!
