    The Space:

    With radiant walls and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, this resort condo is perfect for guests seeking a fun and relaxed holiday. Shared amenities include two pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, a fitness center, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. But the best amenity of all (the gorgeous beach) is just steps away from the ground floor.



    WHAT’S NEARBY

    Beyond the beach, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

The Condo was GREAT. THE VIEW!!! Loved, the view. Everything was as described. But there is a few things that needs attention..the Bed is Horrible, Cheap Mattress and it Squeaks when you move and very uncomfortable. The Mattress Cover was Stained and needed replaced. The Silverware had rust on the knives and the Master Bath Toilet constantly ran and the hall Bathroom Toilet Wobbled when you sat on it. The bottom Kitchen cabinets cant be opened unless you open the stove first ( you have to see this to understand). These are Minor things that the Owner Can fix to make Renters more Comfortable. Other than these things, We had a Wonderful Time.

This property has numerous problems.Toilet in the bathroom off the bedroom was running constantly. I had to shut off the water supply to stop it. The fill valve should be replaced.The valve handle on the hall bathroom sink was not securely attached and comes off in your hand.Some kitchen drawers don't open more than 1/4 of the way due to interference with the stove. The stove door won't open fully due to the refrigerator. Reaching in to retrieve utensils I almost stabbed myself on a knife when withdrawing my hand.Kitchen sink faucet drips constantly.Living room overhead fan is noisy.No lamp on one of the bedstands and the other lamp does not work and the fitting is loose.Pool code we were given was incorrect. Actual code was inverse of the code provided. I let the Avari team know and got no response.Overall, the unit is not well maintained.
