*This property does not come with dedicated parking spaces, however, 2 vehicles can enter the community for the opportunity to park in the first come first serve parking. Please note first come first serve parking is limited and not guaranteed.

*Beginning in March 2025 and continuing through 2026, the WaterSound Crossings condominiums will undergo an extensive exterior refurbishment project. During this period, residents and guests should expect significant construction activity, including the boarding of windows and restricted access to balconies in affected buildings. These measures are necessary to ensure safety and facilitate the successful completion of the work.

DETAILS: Sleeping up to 7 guests, The Crossings Unit 106C is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo in beautiful WaterSound. Known for sugar-white beaches, WaterSound’s community includes restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Guests will love taking in the dune views from the wraparound porch of this gorgeous condo, and the nearby beach access and community pool!

Traditional and coastal décor mix throughout this bright condo. A spacious combined living, dining, and kitchen area includes panoramic views of the dunes. Woven furniture and a cozy couch offer the perfect spot to relax and bask in the sunlight. The kitchen is made for gatherings, with gleaming countertops, high-end appliances, and an open-concept so guests can cook while still enjoying the company of family and friends. Gather at the dining table that seats 8 for a fueling breakfast before hitting the beach. Additional seating for 5 is at the breakfast bar and there’s a 4-person table on the wraparound porch. Step outside to enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico! After a day of beach fun, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, patio access, and a 50†TV with cable. Across the way, there are 2 guest bedrooms—1 bedroom has a king bed and patio access, the other bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both guest bedrooms include Smart TVs with cable and private bathrooms. A laundry room is near the entryway of the condo for easy laundering of swimsuits and beach towels.

Beachside luxury awaits at WaterSound’s The Crossings Unit 106C. For beach access, head out the back door and take a left on the boardwalk. When the boardwalk ends, take a right over the Dune Lake bridge. Book this stunning condo today!

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.

Wonderful and relaxing

The condo and community were perfect for our needs. We were NOT made aware of the construction happening right outside the unit nor the amount of workers milling right outside the unit - which was not ideal with young teen girls. But otherwise a great trip and fun times had at the Big Chill!
