PCB Sunset Breeze: beachfront, wrap balcony, bedrooms overlooking Gulf & pool

PCB Sunset Breeze is one of the most stellar and spacious condos you'll find at Edgewater Beach Resort. Located in the Leeward building, this beauty offers a spacious wrap-around balcony that allows guests a great view of the pool as well as the sand and saltwater of the Gulf.

Inside, you'll be mesmorized by floor to ceiling windows running the length of the living/dining areas and kitchen. It offers prime sunset viewing plus comfy seating with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, private WIFI, dining seats for 10, and a well-equipped full kitchen with all cookware, dishware, and small appliances (blender, traditional coffee pot, etc) needed to fuel you and your family and friends during your beach escape.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large closet, additional clothing storage, smart TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bath that with a double vanity and walk-in shower, Enjoy beach views and private access to the wrap-balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, closet, clothing storage, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. It also overlooks the water and offers access to the wrap-balcony. The third bedroom is our interior bedroom with two double beds, ceiling fan, closet, smart TV, clothing storage, and access to the 3rd bathroom with tub/shower combo. The sleeper sofa rounds out sleeping for 10-guests maximum (sorry, no pets allowed at Edgewater).

To round out your convenience, we offer an in-condo washer/dryer.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $500 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes two parking passes; a 3rd is available upon request for $40 + tax/fees.
