1st Floor:
Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout and the perfect breakfast nook with plenty of seating. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.
Dining Room: The dining room extends from the kitchen, including a beautiful round table and seating for 6.
Living Room: This spacious living room greets you upon entering the home. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room and includes 2 full-sized couches, 2 accent chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a bench, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is also access to the pool area. It has a private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity, stand-up shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Bathroom #2: This bathroom is next to the kitchen and convenient to the backyard, it includes a walk-in shower.
Laundry: The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, you will find all of the linens stored here.
Backyard: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a conversational area and several lounge chairs. There is a private pool that can be heated in the cooler months.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a cozy accent chair.

Bathroom #3: This is a jack-and-jill bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combination. It is shared between Bedrooms #2, 3, and 4.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.
Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.
Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
