This place was fantastic, walking distance to Pier Park. Wonderful views and the pool was great. Respond to questions were very quick. It was clean and well equipped with all the things you need.

Family at the beach

The room was beautiful. wonderful view, everything was there that you would need and the owners were so helpful. Would highly recommend this for a wonderful vacation.

Great spot

Stayed with my wife, 3 15 year olds and a 7 year old. Close to pier park (easy walk) and nice property overall. Would stay here again.

A must stay!

The condo was beautiful! It was right on the beach and just a short walk to the pier and shopping. Everything you need is right there. You wont be dissapointed when you stay.

Awesome Experience

Truly everything was really awesome. Loved the view from the condo, overlooking the gulf. I like that we could see the water from the table as we ate. One friend said it was like being on a cruise. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the host even provided premium channels

Perfect Condo for a beach Vacation

This condo has everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The three bedrooms allowed us to spread out. The patio overlooking the ocean makes for sun rise and sunset watching. Walking distance to Pier park made it easy to get food, but the full kitchen allowed us to make some easy items for breakfast too. I would love to stay here again if we come back to Panama City beach.

Great condo and location!

Our family vacation in PCB was absolutely amazing! The condo exceeded our expectations in every way—it was exactly as described, with breathtaking views from the balcony. Its proximity to Pier Park and Diego’s was nice since you can just walk instead of drive. This was our second stay at the Calypso, and will definitely book again for our next PCB trip.

Just as advertised!

Been to PCB multiple times, this was the best condo experience weve had. Communication with the owners was above fantastic, and the condo was just as advertised. Perfect location, within walking distance of everything you need.

Beautiful condo with amazing view

We loved everything about our stay at the condo!! The location was perfect for strolling through Pier Park which we did several times. The condo itself was inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. And the view from the balcony was amazing. We've stayed in PCB a few times, and this was our best trip!! Will definitely stay again!!

Best condo & location hands down

We are so spoiled here that I’m not sure we would ever stay anywhere else. Not only is it the greatest location, everything you could need is within walking distance, food, shopping & entertainment! The condo has new renovations or improvements every time we go. Great staff! Convenient parking, beach lounge chairs! We LOVE it here.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! From the view to the cleanliness of the condo. Plenty of room for the entire family with extra space for games. Storage spaces was excellent. Perfect Location

Very short walk to Pier Park which was great. This end of the beach is quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was very clean and the view of the gulf is beautiful from the balcony. The only complaint I would have is there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper and there were 3 of us staying there and we almost didnt have enough. Otherwise the stay was overall great. Thank you!

Great location!! Highly recommend

We had a great time at PCB staying in this condo and it was perfect for the six of us. We had four adults and two kids, and it was nice having the two bathrooms and the place was very nice, clean, the views are beautiful! We enjoyed watching dolphins, stingrays, and we even saw a sea turtle from the balcony. The two beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental is very nice and you can get the same chair for the whole week and we loved that. And the pool too. Oh, and the drinks at the tiki bar worked great too. Walmart is sooo close and that was a benefit too! Also in walking distance to Pier Park. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Unit was very nice and clean. Had an issue with TV in bunkroom which turned out the firestick had been stolen by previous guest. Herb was great in getting us a ROKU stick right away.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly as described on the page. Beautiful ocean property. Modern and very clean. The building was beautiful. We just had issues with the elevator. The sensor was broken and closed unexpectedly and very quickly, knocking my husband off balance and causing multiple bruises. The issue was addressed quickly. Management offered sincere apologies and paramedic care. Overall very happy with the property.

Sweat Trip PCB 2023

My family and I had a Fantastic vacation! The Condo was absolutely as advertised. Top of Class!! Very Clean, and spacious. Interior of Condo was extremely nice, modern, very current! The beach chairs included in the rental were a big hit. Every staff member at the Calypso were very friendly and sociable. The Clarks were AWESOME to work with! Outstanding communication from prior to leaving for vacation until departure. My family would absolutely recommend the Clark's Condo.

Great Location

Spring break trip…had a great time during our stay. Wonderful location, beautiful views. Very good communication with owners. Parking garage across the street, with breezeway to walk over and lots of carts available to transport luggage, etc. Restaurant on premise was great and convenient. Beach chairs available was a plus. A few things that could be improved would be master king mattress could be updated (a tad bit hard for our taste), and higher quality sheets would be nice. Keurig did not work, so that needs to be replaced. Owner was notified, so I’m sure that will be taken care of. And as far as cleanliness, there were a couple sticky spots on floor when we arrived, and edge of master shower (at glass doors) seemed to be overlooked with some dirt. Not the fault of owners of course, but cleaning crew needs to be advised. Overall, clean and neat. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this property to others.
