Experience the nature and family fun of Panama City Beach from the comfort of this renovated 2 BD/2.5 BTH townhome (sleeps 6) with perfect location at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.

With a bright living and dining area, modern furnished interior, and an amazing canal view, private spacious back porch, grill, this home is perfect for your next big family beach vacation.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community that requires a code to enter. There are 11 pools on property, 5 of which are heated seasonally. The largest pool looks out directly onto the gulf and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant & snack bar. The resort offers a workout gym, 18 hole mini golf course, shuffleboard courts, kids playground and 2 tennis courts.

Nearby, you’ll find Shipwreck Island Water Park, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Wonder Works. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away.

This was a very nice town house in a gated secure area. The tow house was very clean and nice. Our only issue was the shower in the master bedroom didnt work.

Nice clean updated property
Property was clean and comfortable. Not to far from the beach. Main bedroom bathroom way too small, no counter space and shower is very small. My husband is very tall and shower basin was slippery and had to put towel down so he did not slip. Floors were not very clean as our feet were black just from walking around inside. Overall happy with place

Terrible Beds
We stayed here for 2 nights for a baseball tournament at Publix Park. The townhome is decorated nice and in a gated community. It is an older home and that is extremely obvious once you drive in. The master shower is very small and a tight space. Everything was good until we went to bed the mattress was like sleeping on a rock. The mattress has seen better days. In addition to the rock hard mattress the pillows were horrible, flat, and worn out. We got charged on the required insurance policy for an iron, to which we didn’t even use due to having so much build up and burnt gunk on the bottom. The location was decent, but it is not as close to the beach as the ad leads you to believe, so be ready for a good walk. It does have a wagon to use and some beach toys in the outdoor storage box but the amount of mosquitoes that came from the box made the back patio pretty much unusable. We would not stay here again.

The condo was lovely - everything was beautifully updated and in good working order. Beds and furniture were nice, new and comfy. The outdoor space was great, much more private (due to lush landscaping) than a lot of the other units. Host was easy to contact.

Vacation Getaway
Our stay at Gulf Highlands was very pleasant. A short walk across the lane and we arrived at the shuffleboard and mini putt amenities along with the pool. 8 min walk to the beach and another pool with the Bar/restaurant for convenience. The neighborhood was very friendly and close to shopping. We will definitely return to this area. The pictures of the townhome are spot on.

Loved this townhome
Townhome looks just like the pictures. Nicely updated, and very clean home! Loved the private back patio area as well. If you are walking to the clubhouse on the beach, be sure to bring a wagon! It’s a long walk lugging all the kids things without a wagon. There is a smaller pool right across the street from the house though! Home was well equip with everything you need and then some. We would definitely stay again. This was perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

The Sweetest Vacation Rental Ever!
Me and my family stayed at that this property for a week in June. Our stay was fantastic. After experiencing the stay at this property, I realized what set it apart from other vacation rentals in the past. Elena’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail is flawless. She was easy to reach if needed. It’s apparent how much she cares for her properties and guests. I’d love to stay at any of her properties in the future. PS-The back yard has a huge, beautiful terrace area roped off from the lagoon where you see sweet turtles!

Gulf Highlands Resort
We have stayed at gulf highlands before. We really enjoy the location. Not directly on the beach but a short walk to the beach which for us is not a problem. I just wish when you are looking to book you could see the address of each condo when booking. If I want to book this one again I have no way of knowing if I’m renting the same one or a different one. Thank you for our stay in your condo. It’s a very nice condo.

Beautiful Townhome only a few blocks to the Beach
The townhome is very nicely decorated in a beachy vibe and a non-navigable canal in back. It was clean and had all you need to prepare meals with two decent size bedrooms. There is a sitting room where you can make your coffee and gaze out the windows. Sitting in the backyard was peaceful, birds tweeting and turtles begging for something to eat in the canal and nice neighbors across the way. The community offers their own beach access as well as a pool with bathrooms and several pools are available in the resort. as well as a little putt putt course. We ate out as there are many restaurants to suit everyone's taste and some are in walking distance. Be sure to check out St. Andrews State Park; it's right on the beach and inlet. You will see why it is called the Emerald Coast! Highly recommend.
