3 Family Quick Trip

We had a full house with 3 different families come to stay at Miss Margaritaville for a short 3 day trip. The house was clean and spacious. We loved the location and the pool. We also loved the use of the bikes for our morning trips to breakfast for all the moms. The location is perfect and the house was decorated beautifully too. There were several things that we had issues with. The 3rd floor AC didn’t hardly cool at all. The above head fans in every room did not work. However, the property had box fans that we were able to use to keep cool. No issues with 1st or 2nd floor AC. There was a broken towel bar in the 3rd floor bathroom that I tried to hang a towel on and it immediately fell down. We also couldn’t use most of the remotes or work half of the TVs. (This was only an issue at night for the kids). We did also notice that the pool stair railing moved and was unsteady. The pool itself was great and made for a nice break from the busy beach. Only one light switch worked in the second floor bathroom as well. Having 2 sets of washer dryers was awesome! The kitchen was plenty big and 2 refrigerators made for easy storage of drinks. I would recommend staying here and would again. Just a couple of small things we noticed!

Beware of 3rd floor

Upon arrival to the house we noticed the 3rd floor looked like a frat party had been there. Hole in the wall, railing off of the bunk bed and a smashed TV. Along with that, One of the biggest problems we had with this house was the 3rd floor AC. It is HOT up there. It ran the entire time we were there and didn’t get below 76 degrees. And the temp in both rooms was at least 3-5 degrees hotter than that since the AC was outside both rooms. The property’s location is perfect. Carelessness by the staff working there leaving doors open while we were gone was absolutely unacceptable. When we go back to Florida this house will NOT be an option for my family of 12.

Great Experience

We loved the layout of the house. With the three floors, each family had a floor to themselves. We would have loved it if the house would have had the basic beach gear (umbrella, at least 4 chairs and a beach wagon) That is one of the reasons we did not fly. We had to bring all that with us. But we survived and it was fine. Added bonus....five bikes. We loved that! Over all our stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect oasis for our family vacation!

Miss. Margaritaville provided the perfect oasis for our family vacation. The pool was a family favorite! There was plenty of room throughout the home for everyone to feel comfortable, and the beach was just a short walk away. Would highly recommend this property to future vacationers!

Perfect!

We had a great stay at Miss Marg! The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The heated pool was so nice to have as it got a little chilly at night. We practically lived on the huge screen porch which overlooked the pool. We cooked our meals there, dined there and lounged and watched TV on the porch! The beach access was practically right across the street. And the weather! The weather was beyond perfect. Warm and sunny during the day and nice and cool at night. I’m not sure I’ve seen the Gulf as crystal clear as it was but wow!. 30A Vacay provided everything we needed before arrival and were super easy to get ahold of and prompt with our requests. I would highly recommend Miss Margaritaville to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on 30A. Especially in April!

Beautiful home

This home met all of our families needs! Great accommodations, pool and proximity to the beach. The management company was wonderful to work with. Our family will rent this property again.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying at this beautiful house near the beach.

We had no major problems. We do want to advise you of some minor things needing attention: 1. The grate on the outside grill was rusted badly and only one burner worked. 2. A lamp on the bottom/ground floor did not operate. 3. The bathroom sink in the middle-floor bathroom (on the kitchen level) is badly clogged.

Clean,very well maintained,trust worthy owners

Very much liked the property,the house was very clean,lots of towels provided,starter kit of toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies provided, well stocked array of utensils, pool very clean, all appliances ,washing machines and TV's in working condition. everything as promised The only three things can be improved are wifi and found couple of roaches in kitchen,so pest control would be needed and nails on deck needs to be hammered,it was sticking out.

Nice house. Great spaces and beds. Excellent location.

We enjoyed Miss Margaritaville for our Thanksgiving family vacation. There was only one issue. Internet/WiFi/Direct TV. Most of our stay, the Direct TV didn’t work. We did not get to watch football on Thanksgiving. The WIFi was spotty at best and we had college students with us who needed to do class work. Even checking email was difficult, if not impossible. The property manager was great and checked the Direct TV for us, but then shared that the package is the bare minimum. Also, the IPad in the kitchen had been disabled, and there was no information in the house regarding rental info. The rooms and beds were good, except for the pull out sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. If some changes are made to the WiFi situation, we may rent the house again.

Overall it was a pleasant experience with the house. Will list below the negative aspects

-Aunts in driveway-got stung just unloading car -roaches and Beatles in house downstairs -not well insulated between bottom and main floor so can be kind of loud if staying on the bottom floor -information/guest kiosk/ipad was not functioning -no lights on front outside of house so can be dangerous going up and down outside steps at night time. -public beach access across the street and is about 5 houses down-the stairs are off a steep cliff and about 50 steps down to the beach-just a heads up for those with young infants/handicapped persons-very challenging and potentially dangerous to do with strollers/wagons/beach gear (this is not a negative notation toward the house in particular, just something we would have like to know before booking).

The house was fine for our family of 9.

There are some things that needed attention. The vents need cleaning as they were very dirty . Main floor bath needed new shower curtain, mildew resistant ones help. Kitchen had a tile that needed replacing by the fridge. Also dirty. Back door was unattached to the closer. Walking down the back steps a huge stone Needed replacing(made it awkward to step down). Upstairs siding needed replacing . Also a good painting for the outside is a great idea. I realize it was the end of the season but kinda expected a little better condition for our rental fee . Pool also had a huge crack by the right end. Enjoyed the location close to the beach. My family enjoyed their stay . Thanks C.Manning

Wonderful property- just a bit further from beach access than we thought. Living room rug hurts!!

Wonderful house, lots of great amenaties. A few kids got sores on their feet from the living room rug- it’s rough. The pool was awesome. Outside space and grill are wonderful. Little bit of a walk to beach access.

What a terrific place for a larger family to spend their vacation at.

We were looking for a place large enough for our whole family of 8 adults and 5 kids to stay at. This place was perfect. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, with many amenities. Each room had it's own appeal and the family gathering area was fantastic and comfortable. Dawn, the manager was great and stayed in contact when ever we needed anything.
