We stayed for a long weekend on Panama City Beach. This is a cozy condo, great for two people. Nice view and access to the beach. We had a great time!

Great get away place for two in October. Fast elevators! I must have missed the part about $75.00 parking/pool & beach passes. Will definitely stay hear again!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend as a graduation gift to me and we absolutely loved the location. It’s located right in the center of everything going on. Beach front location so easy access to the beach and we sat by the pool at night. There are plenty of great places to eat all within walking distance. Management group were very helpful and kind. She answered every question/concern I had about the check in process. We will be booking again next vacation!

Great views

Overall good property. Great view of the ocean and the pool. Only complaint is could use a derp clean service. Bring your own toilet paper and beach towels. Walmart is close by. Also, after flushing the toilet there is a whistle that lasts a few minutes. Ellie is wonderful and very helpful. The balcony door does not lock and the TV, and dryer had some issues. The property manager was quick to resolve. Only suggestion is a few updated features like a drop faucet for the sink and a good deep clean service is needed.

Great potential but disappointing!

When arriving at the property shortly after 4pm, which they were very specific not to request a early arrival, we had to wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes because there was only 1 person working at the desk just to pay the $75 resort fee! You would think that they could staff the desk at check in time with more people! The condo was nice with great views however it is in need of a good cleaning!! The floors were so dirty that on day one we couldn’t walk barefoot on them without our feet turning black! That ac until was rusty and didn’t work well! The advertised TV with Roku couldn’t be used because the remote control didn’t work even after I put new batteries in! Overall it was a beautiful place with great potential but it’s neglected and overpriced for its lack of cleanliness!!

Great things about this room: Decor was adorable. Not tacky beachy like you find in a lot of condos. Parking close to condo!!!! All appliances used worked perfectly I’m suite washer & dryer Roku with apps available to use Plenty of towels Not so great things: Only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5day/4night stay Floors still had a lot of sand upon arrival Actual TV remote did not work Bed sounded like it would break if you are a heavy sleep “roll over-er” All in all, it was a great stay. Would do it again!

We stayed here for five days to enjoy as our honeymoon getaway. And it was absolutely lovely!!! Me and my now husband thought the space very nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice relaxing stay!! The view of the beach and pool are just stunning, and enjoying a morning breakfast of the balcony is just the kind of stress reliever everyone deserves!! The commute to everywhere was short and a lot within walking distance. If you stay here you will definitely enjoy it.
