Introducing: The Alexander Palm Court in Seacrest Beach, steps from deeded beach access, plus close to beautiful Alys and Rosemary Beach. Sleeps 8! You'll love the large balcony and floor to ceiling windows! Nestled in the popular Seacrest community – you have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, you're less than 1 mile from Rosemary and Alys, and you have amazing access to the beach. Plus, at the entrance of Seacrest you have plenty of walkable options- coffee, pastries, pizza, and more!

Highlights:
- Beach Access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and is less than 5 min walk from the home. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk
- Seacrest Lagoon Pool: You'll have access to the 12,000 square foot Lagoon Pool- it's truly a tropical paradise. It has lush landscaping, ample beach chairs, waterfalls, fountains, and dedicated children's areas. Plus, a snack bar! - Beach gear: towels, 2 bikes, and beach chairs provided! - Family friendly – we have a pack n play and highchair for you to use with your littles.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need to cook for your friends and family. Plenty of space for everyone to hang!
- The Views! Check out the floor to ceiling windows – the views from the kitchen and living room are beautiful, and you've got dining and lounge options outside on the deck too!
- We've got you covered on coffee too. Coffee is provided and we have a standard drip coffee maker for you!
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- Washer / Dryer

Where you'll sleep:
- Primary bedroom: You'll fall in love with this space. Private balcony entry, king size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage. The En-Suite features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a large garden tub.
- Guest bedroom: 2 queen size beds with a guest bathroom featuring a shower-tub combination that is accessible from the hall.
- Additional sleeping options: Pack n play and sleeper sofa in Primary bedroom.

Other things to know:
- Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
