The checked in was chaotic as the instructions provided were not clear. We have to pay for extra parking as only one vehicle is included. The condo is not properly kept as screen, doors, and bathroom (master) are either ripped, scratched, or with mildew. TV did not turn on and we didn’t have WIFI the majority of the time. The rental management rep hung up the phone so it was very unprofessional to deal with them

First time renters

We arrived at about 11pm and had a few issues with the parking passes and where to get those the following morning. The shower in one of the bathrooms wasnt working bc the faucet was broken but the management company did provide for the issue. Overall the property was the main attraction and the ocean views, beach and pools were great-but the room itself was pretty run down vacation ncompensation
