Sugar Beach is a gated private access community in the heart of Panama City Beach. The community has a private beach access with wash off showers. There is a community area with boasts a pool, outside grills and an indoor lounge area which has ping pong, TVs and a sitting area. Also on the property is a tennis/pickle ball court, shuffle board and a large Koi pond.

The entire house is yours to enjoy with the exception of the owner’s closet located in the first floor bedroom. When checking in you will receive wrist bands which will allow you access to all the resort amenities.

Pets: Max 2, $250 fee (includes resort permitting) | Unauthorized pets = $500 fine
No smoking inside—$350 fine if violated
Parking: $37 per vehicle (paid at front office) | Trailers up to 24ft allowed ($100 fee, payable at check-in)
Check-in: 4PM | Check-out: 10AM

The parking lot is very easy to navigate and parking in front of the condo is your best bet. The neighborhood is all within walkable distance. Nearby there are several places to rent either golf carts or slingshots to get around in style. These are allowed on some roads in Panama City Beach but please check to ensure you comply with local laws before driving.
