Perfect for family beach trip!

This was a large, easy to enjoy house with nice pool, all amenities, quiet neighborhood, and short walk to a beautiful beach. If possible, we plan to use this again!

First Seacrest visit

Three families shared this property for our visit and it was great! The space was perfect for our group especially having the pool house for the kids. The location allowed us to easily get to the beach and visit Seacrest, Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas easily. Definitely would recommend this property!

The Sands

This was our second stay at the Sands. It is the perfect setting for our large family. The white powdery beach is a short walk away and the heated pool was a favorite with the grandchildren. Fond Christmas memories were made at this awesome property!

Perfect Family Get Away

This house is amazing for a family break. It is a beautiful home with everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and has amenities perfect for families with kids. My boys loved the game room with foosball and ping pong, the pool, and the cornhole set. Could not ask for a more relaxing place with easy access to the beach.

Everything was “as advertised”. Beach access was just at the end of the street. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Plenty of room for our 16 people.

Quiet and Relaxing

Great home. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to great restaurants and shopping. Property management was quick to respond and took care of our needs.

We loved The Sands for our family beach week!

Our family enjoyed our annual beach week at The Sands. The short walk to the beach worked well even for the smallest in our party. The large pool was a hit along with the game room. We highly recommend both the property and the staff at Dune Vacation Rentals. Thank you!

In a word...AMAZING!

We've stayed at several nice places between Destin and 30A and hands down this by far the nicest. You have privacy, first class amenities, and all without the crowds. The decor and design of this home is absolutely beautiful and coupled with the views made it our new favorite place!

Great beach house

We had a great time! House was clean and had all the room and amenities we could have needed. Easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great! If there was one complaint it would be the speed of the internet. It was quite slow during our stay.

Great Vacation Home

Overall stay was excellent! House was large enough to accommodate my family and amenities were perfect to keep everyone busy. The pool was a big hit as was the game room. The availability of the bikes was great for that early morning bike run. Beach access was down the street and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a big family.

Excellent Location and House

This house was excellent. Proximity to beach was fantastic, house slept multiple families. Backyard pool was an added bonus. Kids loved game room. We played baseball in Panama City every day so being able to bypass 30 A traffic using Watersound street to get to this house was awesome. Location is perfect!!!

The perfect vacation place!!!

this place was absolutely breathtaking! has all the amenities and MORE needed for a family vacation...ample space with the 3rd floor and carriage house which was perfect for hanging out and playing games. the pool is wonderful to come back to after a day at the beach. 30A is my favorite place to be and this gives access to the beautiful beaches that weren't too crowded! Everything and more you can ask for out of a beach rental and would recommend this over other options. We enjoyed every moment of our week!

Wonderful family beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at The Sands and would highly recommend this lovely beach home to other families! Ideal location with a beach entrance at the end of the street, within biking/ walking distance to shops and restaurants in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Backyard pool, cornhole and the game room kept our teenagers entertained, and the house was extremely clean and well-appointed with plenty of space. We loved everything about it and would definitely return! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Property to Enjoy Vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our recent stay at The Sands! We had a large group and the house was very comfortable and spacious to accommodate everyone. The pool and outside area was large enough for the 8 children (and adults) to play and enjoy our time together. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff from the rental company was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Their communication was greatly appreciated! We would definitely book this house again!

30th bday celebration

The house was awesome and served our needs well. We met our daugjter and friends for her 30th birthday celebration. The house accommodated a large group of us comfortably. We loved the carriage house for my husband and I to stay in. The pool was definitely an added bonus. The beach was a very short walk. The game room was a lot of fun as well. The Inly recommendation I would have is to put either blinds or curtains in the game room to allow the pull out sofa to be used if needed. Would recommend this property with no hesitation

Perfect

Super easy check in process. The property was incredible; even better than it looked in the pictures. Five bikes provided to ride on a lengthy bike trail between towns. Less than 1/10th of a mile easy bike ride to bike racks on public boardwalk to beach. The pool was incredible; again even better than it looked in pictures. Kids used the game room frequently. Property was immaculate. Great location on a great no outlet street that was full of other vacation homes. Perfect location situated between an easy 2.2 bike ride to Rosemary or easy one mile bike ride to Prominence on 30A.

Spring Break 2021

We spent our 2021 Spring Break at this property. Three different families, it worked perfect. Great property. Just a few notes. Kitchen is not stocked appropriately for a home that sleeps 18 (and we only had 8!). The grill is terrible, does not cook well and extremely dirty. The bar stools are "sit at your own risk" falling apart at kitchen counter. As mentioned, a few minor things above, but overall a great property. Very clean. The property manager went above and beyond with communication - excellent.
