Great family vacation

We took our 3 kids and each had a friend. The room was big enough for 6 adults and 2 younger kids. The location is central to a lot of activities. The lagoon pool & surrounding area was great. The kids were able to order food and drinks without us having to leave to pick food up. The walk across the bridge was kind of a haul with a tent, chairs, & all our coolers but that’s only because we chose not to rent chairs.

Awesome getaway and location. Loved the balcony on the master bedroom and enjoyed the view of the lake. Only issue, it seemed like the floor hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Stay

This was a great property for our larger group - 4 adults, 5 kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were able to do a few loads of laundry in the washer and dryer there before hitting the road back home. The location was great. The walk to the beach was easy and shuttles were available if you preferred to get a ride there. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay - especially for softball tourney!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villas at Edgewater Resort while in town for my daughter’s USFA softball tournament. The resort was perfect for hosting a large group of energetic tweens — plenty of space and activities to keep them entertained between games.The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from the main towers and the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, including plates, utensils, and cookware. One of our favorite features was the bunk room — it was ideal for our daughter, who loved having her teammates over for a fun team sleepover.Each room had a large TV, which was a nice bonus for winding down after long tournament days. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely come back for future tournaments or family getaways!

Great family Villa

Our family of 19 stayed comfortably in this condo for 3 nights. It may have been a little cramped if we had stayed for a full week. It ended up being too cold and windy for us to swim or spend much time at the beach. The teenagers enjoyed the basketball courts. The condo is nicely furnished and updated.

Some beach, Somewhere

We loved our stay! I love that a text is provided (vs. an email) to communicate with. They were very responsive and polite! The only feedback I had for them is that the floors were dirty upon check in (very sandy on both floors and our feet turned black quickly), and they were quick to respond. Also, they only provide 2 trash liners for an entire week - that is a little unusual considering you need to empty garbages. I do understand a limit on toilet paper and paper towels, but the appropriate amount of garbage can liners should be provided (I'd say at least 5 for the week). We also loved the convenience of this location to great local restaurants and the beach - within walking distance!

The place was nice and was perfect for what we needed but it was dirty. The floors were absolutely disgusting from the day we walked in. Our feet were black if we walked on them bare footed. There was also trash left on the stairs from before we arrived.

We had a water issues the first day of arrival going into second day. They did offer to give us another room but was not big enough. With the inconvenience of the two days of water leak and not able to use appliances I feel we should have gotten some of our money back as we did purchase the insurance if something happened.

Very nice place

We only stayed a short time but we enjoyed it. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work at all in master bedroom. The remote would turn the tv on but it wouldn’t change the channel. There were three bathrooms which was nice, however when two or more bathrooms were in use the water pressure was not good in the master and the water was reduced to a small drip. Otherwise everything was great. We did not contact the owners about the TV or the shower bc we only stayed three nights and was so busy. When I realized the TV didn’t work I just turned it off. The shower I would have called about for sure if we would have been staying longer. Overall, I am very happy with the place and the locations

Great Stay

Our family of 6 had a lovely 10 night stay at Some Beach, Somewhere at the Edgewater. The property is very comfortable and accommodating. It has been nicely updated and is a great setup for families. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, big pool, splash pad, and hot tubs (smaller pool is right around the corner). Close proximity to restaurants. The bunk room was a big hit for the kids, the 3 bathrooms where very handy, the dining room table easily fits the whole family (just had to move centerpiece decorations), and the living room setup was great for conversation, a movie night after a fun day on the beach or playing board games (which the unit is well stocked with). It is a very peaceful and quiet location. A few things of note: - This may or may not be an inconvenience based on how long you stay, but we flew in and had a longer stay so this was an inconvenience. The unit came with a starter kit of some basics, but we still needed to purchase a lot of items that should just be part of the property. Trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, napkins, toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towel, salt and pepper, wine opener, and beach towels. - Something for parents of small children to be aware of, the spacing on the railings on the decks are wide enough for children to fit through (this is not unique to this unit, it is this way in all of Edgewater). - Floors look clean but leave a black grime on bare feet Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
