This designer vacation getaway includes a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with marvelous granite countertops and all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and serve home-cooked meals. If you book this dream beach retreat, you'll be granted access to the resort's shared amenities that include marvelous and large swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a convenient hot tub that is perfect for relaxation, a well-equipped BBQ area with charcoal grills, an incredible fitness center in case you'd like to stay in shape during your vacation, a basketball court, a sauna, and even a steam room!

If cooking isn't your forte, all you have to do is step outside your beach abode and you'll find plenty of dining options nearby and along Front Beach Road. Pier Park is 0.8 miles from the resort and offers shopping and plenty of family-friendly entertainment such as Dave & Buster's, Grand IMAX Theater, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
