Everything is broken or dirty
The check-in and communication was easy, and that’s where the good ended. We love this side of PCB and have stayed next door at the Celadon many years but saw the pool situation and thought our kids would love it. The pools are not worth the hassle. We ran into others who had the same experience in different units so it seems to be a problem at Splash.Here is a list of issues we had:The dishwasher does not work. The pods were not even dissolved but the dishes from the previous stay had been put away nasty.The washing machine smells like poop due to the seal on the frontThe fold out couch was bent so it took two people to get back inThe mattress of the fold out had mold on the bottomThere is mold in the duct workEvery flat surface was covered with food or felt greasy like it had never been wiped downThe property manager offered to have housekeeping come and/or maintenance but we did not want people in the unit with our belongings.The main areas of the resort were not well maintained. There are rules posted by the pools but no one is there to enforce them. Our kids got hit by balls being thrown multiple times even though there were signs specifically stating no balls should be in the pool.I am not one to complain about anything, but I used the reviews to book this condo and felt like others need an honest review.
