We had a wonderful trip with 8 adults and 2 kids, the space was perfect for our group. The property managers were very quick to respond and handled all issues promptly, which we appreciated.A couple of notes for future guests: the home is located on the north side of US 98, so you’ll need to cross the highway to reach the beach. I found a longer alternate route that lets you cross at a light and go through a gas station parking lot, which worked well for us. The home had 6 beach chairs and some gear available, and the outdoor shower on the side of the house was perfect for rinsing off sand before going inside.When we arrived, the home needed a bit more cleaning, but they immediately sent someone to take care of it. The décor shows some wear (likely due to the white walls), and the shower occasionally seemed to lose hot water, but turning it off and on again fixed it, likely due to the tankless water heater. During our stay, the garage door remote wasn’t working because of a sensor issue, but the manager was made aware and I’m sure it’s already resolved.Overall, great communication, a responsive team, and a spacious home made for a memorable stay.
