🏠Welcome to Blanca Estate



"Blanca Estate" in Seacrest West distinguishes itself with elegance and sophistication. This recently completed home is spacious enough to accommodate 24 guests in its 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half baths between the main house and carriage house. The first floor features a master suite equipped with a fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub, double vanity and a walk-in shower adjacent to an open living area and kitchen. A serene kitchen with lovely white marble, a farmhouse sink, and premium appliances has everything guests need. Next to the kitchen is a second master suite with a king-sized bed and a walk-in shower and bath tub. Sliding glass doors open to a private pool and spillover spa. The back yard includes an exterior firepit, a gas grill, a dining table and plenty of seating to soak up some sun.



Take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor where you'll find an expansive balcony with 2 large porch swings. Continuing back inside is a guest room featuring a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Down the hall is a large bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunk beds, its own living room and private bathroom. Another guest room greets you with 2 queen sized beds and an en suite bathroom. You'll find a spacious living room and another guest room equipped with a queen-sized bed before heading up to the third floor.



The third floor provides access to a wet bar, living area, wine fridge and plenty of seating for everyone. The balcony enjoys views of the gulf and access to a gas firepit. Located just steps from the beach, Hacienda Blanca is sure to accommodate all your vacation desires.



The carriage house includes sleeping for 4 available between the 2 king bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with state-of-the-art standup showers. The open main living area includes a sitting area facing a large HDTV, a dinner table with seating for 2, and a brand-new kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.

This easygoing beach neighborhood is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. Spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of Seacrest — you’ll spot everything from gorgeous dune lakes to gourmet restaurants. Then, unwind with a stroll along Seacrest’s sugar-white sand.

You can find historic Alys Beach 0.5 miles east. Slightly further east you can enjoy the lively community that gathers in Seacrest’s Peddler’s Pavilion. Sip coffee on an outdoor patio, stock up on homemade sweet treats, or rent a bicycle and go exploring. With wide-open green spaces and plenty of ecosploring opportunities, this beach neighborhood is a perfect fit for active vacationers.
