Great balcony to view the beach

We've stayed in the Edgewater Resort 4 years ago to do the Ironman race and it's just the perfect spot where all the action is going on. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff extremely helpful and polite from booking until check out. The views are amazing. Condo has room enough for a large family to spread out and have their own space. I would definitely stay here again.

PCB family vacation

Plenty of space for the whole family. Great location.. close to most everything. Smaller sized building so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo. The balcony was amazing and the neighboring resort had nightly music that was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of water pressure.

We have stayed at Edgewater several times over the years, but this condo is the BEST we have stayed in. Overall very good condition and the owners were very proactive and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Edgewater is beautiful. This condo was spacious and clean. No frustrating parking deck. Never heard any neighbors. We would love to stay here again!

1st time back to PCB in 20+years

I grew up going to PCB every year and wanted to bring my 8 year old to enjoy some of the same things! I wanted parking/beach convience with a pool, but also on the beach side….this unit was perfect for my wishlist! We parked right by the door and never waited on an elevator and only a few steps away from the beach- perfection!!!

Great Trip to PCB

Overall this was a great time and the condo was good. The layout for this unit is great and the view from the balcony is amazing. This unit just needs a little TLC, not much to take it from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Adult Relaxating Beach Trip

The property was very close to what was advertised on VRBO. The property was very well stocked with all needed items. The king mattress could be updated but the Property managers communicated very well with all our needs. Would rent this place again.
