Le faltan arreglos

Estuvimos con mi familia y a simple vista el departamento es hermoso con una vista espectacular. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que 2 televisores no podíamos usarlos porque los controles remotos estaban sulfatados y no pudimos prenderlas. A la noche comenzaron los problemas cuando nos acostamos en los colchones, tenían un colchón fino por encima del colchón original, muy gastado que terminamos con dolor de espalda y cuando quisimos sacarlo el colchón de abajo tenía manchas rojas parecidas a sangre. Con mi hija quise dormir en su cama y amanecimos las dos picadas por bichos, aún no sabemos qué fue pero ese cuarto no lo pudimos usar más. Hubo problemas con un ascensor y largas filas para subir a los departamentos pero luego de 3 días lo arreglaron. Nos comunicamos por todo esto y sólo recibimos pedido de disculpas, no volveré a alquilar este hermoso departamento mal mantenido.
