What a view!

It was decent

The condo itself was nice and aqua building is very nice. It had a good view. Very nice pools and amenities. Our room however lacked kitchen amenities, there was only one very warped frying pan. We only had about 5 very cheap towels for the entire condo. I wasn’t trying to do laundry everyday of my vacation but ended up having to do it quite a bit. There was only one kitchen towel also. The pillows were all so cheap and flat. The master bath vent wouldn’t stop making a very annoying sound the entire week. We were given last year codes and wrist bands which caused problems with check in and while we were at the pool. The condo really just needs a more personal touch. You can tell the owners never go there. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. For the money paid for this condo there really should have been better quality items.

Disappointing

Check in was not good. We got there at 4 pm and the place hadn’t been cleaned yet. There was food in the refrigerator and cabinets, toothbrushes in the bathrooms, dirty towels, beds, dirty diapers in the bathroom garbage, a dirty high chair and other things. Orange Vacation homes gave us $100 to go eat somewhere while a crew came and cleaned. We had to leave for two hours while the cleaning happened but I was already not happy with the way things were going. The property description says adults only in the unit so to see dirty diapers and the high chair told me there was false advertising. We did not have our wrist bands for the pool and had to ask for them several times. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was covered in MOLD. This is so disgusting. The hairdryer could not be used because the plug was exposed. I would not stay here again.
