Beautiful property

The house was clean and comfortable. We had room for the whole family to spread out. The patios were awesome. Great place to spend the early mornings and evenings. Property management was awesome to work with. House is walking distance to beach and several shops and restaurants.

Great Stay, Lovely/Quiet Neighborhood!!

Our stay was great. We had an awesome time, we did not want to leave. Lovely place, quiet, great neighborhood. Beautiful decor. The property is exactly as described and shown in the listing.Just a short walk to Inlet beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you for the warm and welcoming accommodations, we would definitely book again.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Way of Water. The house is new and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Although we brought our own, we appreciated the beach towels supplied by Paradise Properties. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved taking the bikes to explore 30A. (There is a safe underpass to cross Hwy 98 and access 30A easily about a half mile from the house) The property is a little further from the beach than I thought. Not a big deal except you must cross divided Hwy 98 to get to the Inlet Beach public access point and biking or walking made me very nervous. There is a crosswalk but it isn't one people stop at and they drive very fast in that area. We ended up driving to the beach access as it felt safer. I can't say enough good things about Paradise Properties. They responded to my inquiry of the home very quickly and answered all my questions. Booking was simple and upon arrival we had a bottle of wine and a cute bag with items to start our stay (trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods). Very thoughtful! Thank you for the great stay!.

Gorgeous home is amazing location!

Our stay at the Way of Water was unexpected. We are from Tampa and had to quickly evacuate due to the incoming Hurricane Milton. Luckily we were able to find this beautiful rental that was also pet friendly! We couldn't leave our pup behind and it was terribly difficult to find somewhere we could also stay with him. The convenience of booking was great, customer service through Paradise Properties was top notch. The home itself is beautiful! Very clean, well kept, and quality. The aesthetic of the home was great, matching cohesive furniture, calm colors, clean quality appliances, a fully stocked kitchen with all items needed to make any meal. The location of the home was fabulous! Just a few minutes drive from Rosemary Beach and with all the shopping and amenities nearby you could want. I would highly recommend recommend Way of Water to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful house, in a great location, but our stay was tainted by the cockroaches. They were everywhere including our suitcases.

We feel in love with this beautiful neighborhood! The house was gorgeous and immaculate! The check in process and check out was a breeze ! The customer service was great! They were friendly, kind and accommodating! We will definitely rebook and stay again ! So close to Rosemary !
