Less than a mile to the beach! This home is wonderfully located near the best attractions in PCB. You can walk to Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Just Jump Trampoline Park! Pier Park is 5 miles away and is a main attraction of shopping and attractions. The Willow accommodates 10 guests comfortably with 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a double bunkbed. There is parking for 3 cars. Gated community with pool. T.V. in all 3 bedrooms and living areas. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
The space
Welcome to The Willow! This unique home is a 3 bedroom 2¹/² bath house with a bunk room. All bedrooms and bunks are located on the 2nd floor, along with 2 bathrooms. Downstairs, you will find an open floor plan that has the kitchen, dining, living room, garage space (that is set up as an extra living space), and half bath. The downstairs area is set up to allow for large groups to gather and enjoy time together. Outside, you have a relaxing outdoor patio setup with shade and a large backyard with a pond. The backyard is large enough to enjoy time throwing a ball or enjoying other outdoor activities.
