Perfect stay for my family of 7!

We've stayed at Tidewater at least 6 times over the last 10 years. This property was by far the best. The property was very clean, updated, and spacious. We have 5 kids ranging from 4-13 and each child has their own bed (not a pull-out couch bed)! The appliances are all updated, and the laundry room is an actual room - not a closet. Will definitely book this location again next year!

Short but sweet

The condo was awesome even though our stay was only for a few days. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It accommodated our family really well. Mgmt was awesome with any concerns we had. The only downfall is related to the property itself, it had 2 sets of elevators down which made the wait to get excessive at time(i.e. 30 minutes).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at tidewater's 401. It was amazing. My cousins and I grew up really close together and now we're spread apart. So it was a very nice weekend for all of us to gather up and spend some quality time together. We plan on making this a yearly trip and we will be staying with Gibson again thank you for everything.

The unit was great. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed, but overall comfortable and had lots of supplies. The elevators at this place are a problem. I was thankful to be on the 4th floor so that we could mostly take the stairs.

Overall we had a great time, and loved it. They did have construction going on that was a bit loud on a different floor, but it was not during sleeping hours. Our bedroom/bathroom doors had locks, but did not work properly. This did not alter our time here, just constructive feedback. We will be back!
