THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)


Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the sixth floor of Tower 2, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! The bathroom features a large walk in shower and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats four at the dining table and two at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

great location. clean room. everything you need in the kitchen. ceiling fan felt amazing on top of the AC. coffee on the porch in the mornings is amazing. great communication from the condo host, Kim's Condos. location was awesome and having pineapple willys a 5 minute walk down the beach was awesome. delicious frozen daqueries and good food. driving anywhere in PCB is awful so location was prime. can't wait to come back!

Condo was very nice and clean, very close to the beach. Condo complex was nice, pools were big, and the availability of a snack bar was great. Condo was close to many restaurants, a Walmart and gas stations.

Love this location!!!

This is my 4th stay and Long Beach and at least the 3rd with Kim's Condos. Resort is always clean, well kept pools, not crowded due to resort layout, conveniently located. This particular condo was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Remodeled bathroom especially nice. Booking with Kim's Condos is always effortless.

Great unit

We had another wonderful trip to PCB. We always stay at LBR but this was our first time in this unit. Could have used more cleaning (mostly dusting) but nothing to prevent us from staying here again. Kims Condos is always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.

Excellent Condo on the Panama Beach

The condo was as advertized-on the beach in Panama City. It was very nicely appointed and very comfortable. It came with two beach lounges and umbrella. We were there during Spring Break and security in the building was great. Huge crowds further down the beach but very nice in our building. Parking was no problem. Enjoyed the Tiki Hut off the pool. Would come again bringing our family and grandkids. A very nice vacation!

Enjoyed our stay. Pictures of room were accurate. The mattress on one side of the bed was very worn out (The side closest to the bathroom). My husband sunk down in a hole unless he moved to the center of the bed. The other side was fine. Overall, no complaints with the room. Would rent again.

The balcony

I feel the cleanliness took away a more enjoyable stay. The money we pay for cleaning doesn’t add up. I believe vrbo is getting ripped off. Things were dusty and the baseboards were very dirty. The saving grace was the balcony looking over the beach, beautiful! Find someone else to clean

Perfect little place

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Beach access was short distance from room, several pools and overall super cute place to stay for the week. Comfy king size bed with gorgeous views of the Gulf! Plenty of room to get ready. Mirrored walls gave double the image of the beach. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We did most our breakfasts and dinners inside and there wasnt one thing i needed that wasnt available. Boogie boards were there for use. We left our rafts there for next family that stays. Beach was not overally crowded. Chairs were provided with this room which was a HUGE plus. All and all, would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to PCB.

Perfect getaway for small family

This room was perfect for our family. The beach access was very easy, the view was beautiful, very roomy balcony, and great location. As I’ve read from many other reviews, there were elevator issues, but I was prepared for that since so many people said it in their reviews. One elevator didn’t work at all the whole time we were there which made wait times sometimes pretty long for the only working elevator. The only working elevator also temporarily went out of service for a few hours making us carry all of our groceries and 1 year old up 6 flights of stairs. Of course, this is not the owner’s fault, but is something to consider if you struggle with stairs. The pool is amazing. There is a big pool on one side and a smaller less busy pool on the other side. We utilized both and were very very impressed with both. Overall, a great trip and I would definitely book this room again.
