Enjoy breathtaking views of our Emerald Coast from this Gulf side condo in PCB, less than 3 miles from 30A! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit has everything you need for an unforgettable beach getaway! Just feet from the white sand beaches, Pinnacle Port is a highly sought-after vacation destination. Outside of the wonderful views, the unit has ample amount of kitchen amenities for your cooking needs and a living space that you will want to cozy up in after a long beach day!

Upstairs in the primary bedroom, you will find a large queen bed, a TV w/ upgraded cable, and a private bath. In the private bathroom, we have a single vanity and tiled tub/shower combo!

Located in the upstairs hallways one will find another full bath with a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower!

Moving along further upstairs you will arrive at the second bedroom with its gulf front with some amazing views. This room has a queen bed, a TV w/ upgraded cable, and nice closet space. This room would use the hall bath.

Downstairs our living space is positioned for amazing gulf views while relaxing watching TV. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked for any cooking needs one may have. Also downstairs one will find our half bath. This boasts a single vanity and is also where our newer stackable washer and dryer are located. On our balcony, we have high-seated chairs that allow for unobstructed viewing of the Gulf!

Pinnacle Port is packed with an abundance of amenities, including:

A large pool is attached to the tower building which is partially covered by a roof. This pool is heated in the winter months. A smaller pool is located across the parking lot from the midrise buildings. There are 4 tennis courses available during the day. Shuffleboard courts as well as grill stations can be found on site. Both men's & women's saunas are located on the ground floor of the tower building. The exercise room is open to guests above the age of 16. Wifi is available in every unit. And best of all, a natural 880-acre lake provides access to a marina and boat slips for our guests! While everyone is having fun, security will be around 24/7 to ensure the utmost safety for our guests!

Wonderful stay

Property was very nice. Will return. Only one negative....there were a number of power strips with extension cords plugged into them. Wasn't that big of deal except in the second bedroom. Did we call...no it wasn't a deal breaker. But that room probably needs to be looked at. A great clean updated condo.And the hostees was great.

nice beach view

Overall we had a nice stay, we loved the pool and being able to see the ocean from the pool area. Short walk to the beach. There is no dining table, something I didn't pick up on from the pictures. Only stool seating at a bar with a sticky surface. There was a strange odor when we arrived, I noticed there was a glade plug in. Maybe invest in an air purifier at least for the downstairs area rather than try to mask odors. The whole complex had a weird odor. The air conditioning unit looked bad - I'm not sure if it was mold on it or what - could be where the smell is coming from. It would be nice if the condo had more hooks, I felt like everything was on the floor, nowhere to hang things. Very few hangers in the closet if you like to hang your clothes. I loved the tiled walk in shower in the hall bath but it needs a shower caddy or somewhere to put your stuff and maybe more hooks on the back of the door also. The rack that is in there is barely hanging on. We never got to use the fitness center/gym. We weren't provided with a code. We got very few wash cloths, if you like a fresh one every day, you might need to bring your own, unless you want to wash them every day. The ceiling fans make a lot of noise if you run them above the low setting. Wanted to open the windows to hear the ocean but there was about an inch of sand in the windows

Vicky's View is PERFECT!

Vicky's View was EXACTLY as pictured! House was spotless! The beds were cozy! Plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The best part was the views!! 2 Balconys to look at the ocean and listen to the waves. We will come back and stay here again!

Wonderful view of the beach and very quiet location

Vicky's View was a wonderful get away for my mother and I. We were on the 5th floor/right on the ocean. I was very comfortable and enjoyable to be able to see, hear and walk on the beach. The gated community you come through to get to our location is very enjoyable to walk through. The manager of the has a quick response.

Great location for a PCB Getaway

This listing is really all about location. It has a gorgeous view of the beach from two balconies and you are just steps away from the sand. This condo is a little on the dated side but it is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Small but not tiny it's a great spot to get away. Logan the host was always available and helpful. The property itself where this is located is shared with Carillon Beach, a beautiful resort community. This provides a great area to walk around, especially at night. If there are any supplies or food that you need, there are a couple of plazas with groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. It's a great spot just a short drive from some of the PCB attractions but short steps from the beach.
