The communication with the property management was awful the entire time, beginning with being given the wrong code to get into the house and no one responding to the emergency number. We were stranded at night. There was no information about how to gain access to the golf cart which was advertised as being available in the listing. After many calls and texts to the property management company, it was found that a 500 deposit was due and documents needed to be signed. I happily would have done that prior to the trip had someone let me know. There was also a lack of communication about how to get the golf cart key once the deposit and documents were signed. At this point we had missed out on almost two days of being able to use the golf cart. And I asked how to properly charge it and was never given instructions the entire trip. Additionally, the listing is not as advertised. It is a main house with a separate guest house. (Also with a separate lock code that did not work on arrival). We were able to make this arrangement work with the two separate buildings but other families may not have been able to depending on the ages of the children. I would never use this management company again.
