Great unit! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The condominium was perfect for myself, my wife, and our 5 year old. It was close to the beach and there is a great pool on site too. Communication with the property manager was also excellent and she was super accommodating!

Family vacation; group of #9

Our family has been going to Top of the Gulf for 5 years now. It is family friendly, clean, quiet, peaceful, and accommodating. Staff is super friendly, and keeps the grounds very clean. I was super excited to see there was an ice machine this year; plus new additions to the property.

Quick Weekend Stay

Loved the Pool Area. Access to the Beach was great. Guarded entrance is very nice. Rubber Armbands would be better than the hospital style permanent.

Perfect week getaway

We loved our stay there, we were there for a whole wk for a baseball tournament and it had all the necessities kitchen, nice size room the property had great amenities pool and beach access only negative thing about the room the bunk beds are in a small closet area which it’s ok for little kids and the tvs there did not work Other than that it was a perfect place!

Nice space

Clean, cute loft style place. Comfortable bed. My only negative was there is no balcony facing the beach. I probably missed that in the description. I saw a picture showing a balcony railing looking at the ocean and assumed it was from the room. It was ok because it was outside our room one unit down so we were close to go sit there.

Beautiful view of the sunset from the room

The unit as a whole wasn’t the cleanest but I can live with that. What got me was the mold growing in the bowls and dried on old food on almost every bowl I took out of the cabinet. The TVs in the bunks don’t work it’s a hot mess of cords cut into the wall. I did let the owner know and she offered to come try to fix them the next day I declined that offer. On our way to the unit she informed us the dishwasher was broken. The beach was beautiful and the chair service is great that’s what really made me want to stay at this unit. There is a nice side view of the beach from the unit and you can see the sunset perfectly it was gorgeous.

Beautiful condo with the perfect atmosphere

We were looking for a beachfront condo with a full kitchen in a central location, and we got exactly that and more! The room itself was amazingly clean, the fridge and freezer were roomy, and the decor was the perfect coastal ambience. Plus, you can't beat easy beach access and a pool with a little tiki bar. Would easily return!

The wristband

The overall stay was good but I can’t stand the nickel and dime a place does. The wristband and car tag should be added into the cost. $30 is an outright ridiculous price for this place.

Top of the Gulf at PCB 2022

We stayed at this property last year in a different condo. We loved the area. We decided we wanted to stay here again this year. It is very clean and folk are friendly and it is in a good location.

Clean but not fancy.

Nice that it was close to the beach. Bunk beds were built into a tight closet. No good place to hang your clothes. No private balcony.. but close to many restaurants and attractions.

Nice condo

Nice condo, good for the price. It was clean, just a walk out to the beach, and a nice pool. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.
