Great Location - Check In Was A Challenge

Enjoyable stay once we checked in. Getting ahold of someone to open the door for us at check in was a challenge. The local office did not answer at check in time and the text we sent was not replied to for over 14 hours and the security master code also did not work for security. Thankfully after a slight hold, someone was able to reset our code for us to get in.

Very nice balcony! Well stocked kitchen with cookware and serving dishes. Would stay here again! Nice soft beds- the couch was so so but who needs a couch when there’s a beach!

We travel with a family of 7 and the condo was perfect!!! The condo was exactly as described and was a great place to stay with lots of room for all of us! All of the things you need in the kitchen to prepare meals and not have to worry about much at all! Great place on the beach with extremely easy access to the beach. The pool right on the beach was perfect whenever anyone needed a break from the ocean! Would 10000 % stay here again!

Perfect Vacay Getaway on the Beach

This is our 3rd time to stay in this condo, we just love it. Has everything anyone needs, great view, feels like home way from home. Super clean when we arrived. Vacasa text assistance was great when we had a washer snafu. Close to everything. Great parking and security is unmatched with other similar properties in the area. See you next year!

We will be back!

This was our first time in PCB and staying at Watercrest. We are already planning our next trip! There is no need to look for a different place to stay because we are in love with this exact condo. 1106 is perfect for our family. It is updated, beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. The condo was basically more than what we expected. The view is amazing! Thank you for sharing it with us. We made memories with our kids that will last a lifetime!

Elevators frequently broken

Elevators broken. I had a sprained foot so couldn't do stairs. Stuck in condo for a full day. Couldn't enjoy balcony due to smokers on other balconies. Back row chairs with umbrella. Sleeps 8 but only 2 beach towels. Security said elevators are original 1987 and break all the time. Took us 30 minutes to get downstairs on departure day. Never again

Wonderful stay

Nice place yo stay beds were super comfy! The only suggestion would be more towels and washcloths. A few of the areas needed a little more cleaning. Otherwise a definite revisit!

Has everything you need

This condo was well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the entire place felt homey. It’s well equipped with the best of everything for the kitchen. Anything you need for the beach they have it also. Family game night was so much fun as there is lots of games available also. Location is wonderful.
