Property was spacious for our large group. We loved every about it. However, a waterline broke and flooded the elevators, so we had to walk up and down 16 flights of stairs. It wasn't pleasant with bad knees lol. We still had a great time though!

We were not informed that the boardwalk to beach would not be available from Dec 19th-Dec 29th. And it still wasn’t on the 30th when we checked out. The place was clean enough but the living room and balcony furniture desperately need replaced.

Great for big family

It was an easy check in and check out and lookes like the listing. We had three adults and five children with us. Make sure you bring chairs and anything else you need for the beach. They only had one umbrella and it doesn't come with any chairs that are at the beach. The kitchen was stocked for eating in but the grill needs some cleaning and supplies to clean yourself. The extra bedroom bath didn't have working lights so taking showers in the dark, as well as three one hour cycles on the drier made it hard to keep up with all the laundry we had to do. Also, none of the remotes had batteries except for one. Make sure you bring trash bags as well because the ones they have are easily ripped and they only provide two.. otherwise it was a great place for a big family like ours.

This is a great location and we enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and engaging. The one issue we did have is the cleanliness of the unit as it definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning as the bedroom door was broken and the unit wasn’t clean upon arrival

Not the worst, not the best. Just fine.

Great location to Pier and other family attractions. Beds and pillows were decently comfortable. Property management was very communicative, provided clear & detailed check-in instructions and was responsive to a few mild maintenance requests. Cons: The building is very old and unit/appliances are as well. I’m not sure the outdoor grill on balcony works, but even if it did I wouldn’t use it. It has the filth of 1000 BBQs. No pool or beach towels are provided. There was no TV remote in kids room, but one was brought immediately upon request (again great property manager, owner just needs to spend some money). The dishwasher works (barely, the pods don’t actually disintegrate) but it is not attached to the countertop so the moment you pull top or bottom tray out, the entire dishwasher crashes out at you. Watch your shins! If you want to cook, be aware of limited cookware - banana hanger & muffins tins provided, but no sheet pan or oven mitts. Unit is ideal for a bunch of adults who like to order food for delivery or pickup. Elevator wait can be long. One of two was down for maintenance at least once or twice the 5 days we stayed. They did not police the wristbands for the pool which is good because our kids would undoubtedly have lost or removed theirs at some point. But bad because there was a baseball tournament in town and a mob of young teenage boys (probably 2-3 actually staying at property) took over pool and hot tub. All in all, decent for a low key family stay. Might consider building again, but would look for an updated unit with better amenities.

Close to it all!

We rented this condo for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 5-10) and another family of 5 (same ages). The older kids slept on the 4 bunks and the younger 2 took the pull out sofa. Having the 2 masters was perfect. We took the more secluded mother in law suite (which I really didn't know it had when booking) and the other couple took the ocean view room. Their bathroom was larger, but our room included a kitchenette. It was perfect!! Cons: The condo could use an extra set of elevators, esp during prime times. The $30 parking fee per vehicle is a rip off. Cheap paper armbands that are expected to be worn the entire stay are super annoying. Also having to have a token in order to use a luggage cart - definitely the worst part. For those reasons above, we probably won't stay here again. But we did enjoy the condo itself. The pool was super nice as well.

A few things

Tv had no channels all they had for cartoons was adults cartoons and like 2 other channels that actually worked and i had two toddlers and a 12 year old, also dishwasher was litterally falling apart as we were putting dishes away it litterally came out of the wall aslo ac unit we would set ac everyday to somthing cool like 69-70 and it kept going back to the original settting which was 76 and that was very frusterating for my family as it was always hott in there!!

Positives - good location , not to crowded , easy access , big unit great for large families , clean Negatives - unit needs updated in several areas you can tell it’s re Ted a lot and things have not been addressed - elevators are awful , heaven forbid if you lose your wrist band Overall I would stay again

Spacious!

This property was clean and just a few blocks from Pier Park which was very convenient. There was only a 2 car per condo limit that they strongly enforced and we had to spend two of our four nights finding a place to park (even though their parking lot was empty). One of The elevator went out for a few days which made trying to go to the pool/beach a hassle. The room looks just like the pictures and is larger than it looks which was awesome for our family of 10. Great place to stay with the family!!
