Family getaway

The size of the room was good, the location was good and within walking distance to the beach, the pier, and pier park shopping. Did not receive an email with the parking pass registration until the day after our trip was complete. Room could have been cleaner, and rug needs to be replaced as the corner of it is curling up and is a trip hazard.

Will stay here year after year!

We loved this location. We walked to Pier Park almost every night. The layout and amenities of the condo were also spot on. The only thing I would add is black out curtains in the master bedroom to block the sun in the mornings, but other than that this has hands down been my favorite place I have ever stayed!

Excellent place to stay!!!!

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! Very clean and just like the description listed. Walking distance to every thing you need and the beach was gorgeous! Will definitely be back!!!!

We enjoyed our time and the room was just as we expected. Communication with Helen was excellent. Only suggestions would be to have a more comfortable couch and for the building to have automatic doors as our daughter has to use a wheelchair.

Great getaway in a best location

Couldn’t beat the location - able to park the car and walk everywhere. Property is across from public beach but has a great pool if you want to just play there. The condo is a great size for 4 adults.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The unit was impeccably clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The condo is also extremely kid-friendly, with plenty of space and thoughtful amenities that cater to families. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with children.

Perfect location

We were right next to the pier which you could fish off or just walk down to see a beautiful sunset. Pier Park was right next to the Condo as well. Which has lots of shopping and dining. Less than a mile away is a Walmart and Target to stock up on groceries. Live music nightly, although was hard to hear from balcony over construction next door. I suggest you listen at pool for a good experience. The main elevators get packed and had to wait long periods of time. We discovered another set of elevators our 3rd day. There was hardly anyone on them. Definitely would stay again.

Everything you want in a beach rental

We had a amazing time. The unit was very clean and very well kept. It had what seemed to be new everything. Everything worked as it should and the unit had everything we needed. It had 2 bedrooms with king beds and one with bunk beds plenty of space. It was in a great location to the beach and pier park. The pool at this property is AWESOME and had a tiki bar for adult beverages and there is even a coffee shop/ice cream shop/ deli/ store downstairs that had really good everything including take and bake meals for the entire family. The property owner was available our entire stay although we never needed her because the place was awesome. We were very pleased with this rental and would stay there again no question. You must get the bananas foster ice cream downstairs.
