Girls Weekend for Bachelorette party

This unit was beautiful inside. Up to date with super cute decor . The check in process was easy. The parking garage does kinda suck, it’s pretty small and people drive crazy in it. I couldn’t imagine pulling my larger vehicle in the garage during a busier time it would have been super hard .We loved how big the unit was and that it had 3 full bathrooms because with 4 women trying to get ready to go places we definitely 3 ! We did have to clean the floors upon arriving because they didn’t look to have been cleaned since the unit had been rented last. The location of the property is perfect and you can walk to plenty of places to enjoy dinner, drinks or brunch. The pool is amazing and the view from the room is beautiful beyond measure. We decided we’d make this an annual girls trip moving forward because of how much fun we had and how nice the property was. We will definitely book this room again

The room was clean and as shown in pictures. The view is exceptional from the balcony. We’ve stayed here a few times, the resort as a whole, different rooms and this was the first time we’ve had to pay for a parking pass and wristbands. I don’t know if that’s different with each owner and room with what’s included or a new thing as a whole. However, the armbands to get into the garage (which is terrible by the way. It’s one of their biggest downfalls. I do wish the parking garage was a complete different set up, it’s a complete pain every time we’ve been but we’ve dealt for the comfort of the room) never worked for us and then we had to wait for a staff member to let us in and majority of them minus 2-3 acted like it was a complete hassle and bother to them. Elevator wait times was fine until checking out time but that’s to be expected and just learn some patience in the process. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The place and the location was awesome the only little issue was the beds they all grind and one of the bedrooms door got stuck every time we opened also there was construction going on and the pool was closed it would have been nice if the host had let us know but over all we had a great time and enjoyed the place

Great place, clean and very helpful

This place was great! Just like the pictures. We had an issue with the door lock and the owner was on it within minutes! The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful. Only downside was the tight parking garage and the elevators. You WILL have to wait for one almost every time. But, as long as you are prepared for that and not in a hurry, not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was Nice, facility lacking

When we arrived front desk was no help. Basically stated since we went through VRBO they have nothing to do with it. 2 out of the 4 elevators where constantly broke. With over 1000 unit you had to wait in line 20-30 minutes for an elevator or walk 15 flights of stairs. Had to pay an additional $60 for facility usage if you wanted to use the pool. Snack bar by pool was understaffed and poor quality. The condo unit was nice and as described but be aware the facilities are understaffed and grounds not taken care of.

Nice Condo-Has issues with property management/housekeeping/maintenance

The condo itself is a nice unit. Well laid out. Has a gorgeous view. HOWEVER... We arrived after a sprinkler line had burst in the building. It leaked into the condo. I notified Property Management (PM), they said would notify maintenance/HOA. We never saw maintenance at all. Large water bubble in ceiling for our entire trip. Also notified PM that housekeeping had not left bed linens. PM offered to send someone on Christmas day. Trying to be nice, I said, that's ok, wait til the next morning, I don't want to interrupt some ones holiday. CRICKETS...never heard from anyone again. I ended up going to WalMart to purchase my own bed linens. WiFi sucks. Four TV's, all of them smart TV's. We did not have enough WIFI to stream on a single one. Condo could have been cleaner. I come in and clean top to bottom when we arrive somewhere anyway, so I am not going to complain about that. It is on the beach, so sand is to be expected. Price was decent for the size/location of condo. We love this building due to location and view. Every condo has a wonderful view.

party central, loud all night No clear parking or check in. Elevators excessive wait - 45 minutes to get on, too many college kids partying and should be advertised as a college party spot, awake all night from loud traffic and noisy people - over all it was terrible with the elevator problems excessive. Not the place for families.

Save your money

I usually don’t do reviews for places I say, but felt a need to inform others of these situations at this facility. First of all the parking is horrible. The lanes are almost impossible to squeeze 2 cars between. I noticed that every concrete piling had been hit. The condo units have specified parking areas and ours was on the 8th floor. It would take a good 10 minutes in and out each time. As well, I was charged an additional $60 for this. As for the condo, it was nice enough, but the first thing I noticed was that there was left over sand in the floor which my wife cleaned without issue. The condo we stayed in did streaming tv but the connection was spotty. Many times I had to reset the connection just to watch. Overall, location and facility is nice, but I would never stay there again strictly because of parking.

Just okay

Checking in was okay. Nobody could seem to tell me where our parking spot was. It was like finding a needle in a haystack. After finding our spot. We then proceeded to our condo. The place in general seemed clean. Other than the dishes. Every dish we used had to be washed before we could use it. There were no paper towels. And no dish soap. The toilet in the master bathroom ran all of the time. Arm bands for getting in and out of the swimming pool seemed to be an issue. There was hardly ever anyone at the concierge desk to get bands. They seemed to always be on break. The pool area seemed to be clean. It was an okay place to stay but we probably won't staying there again. And also I was not informed about the 60 dollar parking and wrist band fee.

Mother / Son trip

The property was great! Condo looks just like photos, it was very clean and spacious. It was great having the clothes washer with a quick wash cycle for swimsuits. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. Decor was very cute! In regards to the elevators, we had minimal wait and there are 2 different elevator banks near this unit so it was not an issue. My 2 girlfriends and I took our 3 teenage sons for a beach vacay before school started. We all had a blast! Pool area and beaches are awesome. I'd recommend this property!

This condo is exactly like the pictures. BEAUTIFUL!!! The view from balcony was amazing. We walked in the condo to cold air and clean smell , I would recommend this unit.
