Updated interior and Televisions from listing photos…From there it went down hill. The lock box to get to an actual key was a hassle every single time we went in and out. Refrigerator and dishwasher rusted. Missing shelves in refrigerator made it difficult to stock. Freezer NEVER froze items the entire 9 days we were there. (A box of 10 freeze pops, ice packs and water) A lot of things in kitchen not provided i.e. measuring cups, measuring spoons, scissors. Master bathroom hairdryer coming apart. Only 2 chairs on the balcony. And the balcony was covered in what looked like black mold/ mildew. We liked the price which was why we booked this unit. But quickly saw why. We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle 6 times. This was by far our worst room. Lesson learned.

We have been staying in this complex for many years and still love it. Great proximity to everything. The 22nd floor had great view from the large balcony. The furniture was just okay and stands to be replaced but only a small portion of our stay was on the sofa. I would rent this unit again.

We stayed a week and the second day we had issues with the neighbor calling in on us and having us threatened to be evicted but come to find out the security guard was new and everything that was said was perfectly fine and that we shouldn’t have been threatened. The room could use some updating but overall nice. Just the staff at the resort could be way better.

The code on the door did not work, the security guard couldn’t get it to work either! Very frustrating when you’re tired from traveling! Security finally got it open with another code! No one was in the office! We left the keys on the counter and the door unlocked when we left! Otherwise it was great! I just checked my bank charges and need to talk with someone about extra chgs, plz call me? I dont hav a # to reach anyone! Thanx

Needs improvement

Smells odd first thing I noticed, cheap and very tattered decor and furnishings. Balcony was the best part, the kicker was the dry cleaning fee for a blanket. Extremely disappointed.

Great place

The condo was nice but desperately needing a new cleaning crew. The room needed a good cleaning for sure. Beds were clean towels were clean but floors were nasty walls, and baseboards were horrible. Also the ac return vent was nasty. We left the room cleaner than it was when we got there but overall it was great!

So comfortable and Amazing View

Us and a couple of friends of ours who we never get time away with decided to take a weekend to ourselves on a quiet end of the beach. We loved it! So clean, so comfortable and roomy. We will definitely be back!
