Our condo is a 3 bedroom two bath 1425 sq. ft. beach residence that's located on the quiet east end of PCB. This is an ideal lower and west facing end unit on the 7th floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf, perfect for enjoying those incredible sunsets. The attached pictures of the sunsets were taken directly of the balcony and its what you can expect to see from this unit. The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, has direct balcony access and features an awesome master bath with garden tub. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and even its own direct balcony access with views of lower lagoon. The third bedroom has a bunk beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper, perfect for the kids. All bedrooms have Roku smart TV's for easy streaming possibilities. It's rare for condos in PCB to have a full wrap-around balcony and ours have 3 sides with over 500 sq ft of space with Gulf and Bay views. Seasonal beach service is included (2 chairs) Mar-Oct.
Seychelles Resort is located minutes (less than 1 mile) from St. Andrews State Park, Captain Anderson's Marina, many restaurants and right next door to Schooners the "Last Local Beach Club". If you are unfamiliar with PCB, this part of town is quieter, less crowded and has less congested traffic. Seychelles was built in 2006 and is one of the newest condominiums in PCB. Seasonal beach service (2 chairs) is provided March thru October. Limit one vehicle in parking garage during the following dates: June 6th - Aug 1st, Sept 4th - Sept 7th. These are HOA rules for peak season parking.
