Loved the space inside the condo, the huge patio, and the openness of the beach! Too many condos these days cram the beach with chairs so you can't walk around but this was just perfect. Loved all the amenities as well - beach toys for ere a huge hit with my babies

Loved the condo. Well kept, nicely decorated & fully stocked kitchen. Convenient parking under the units, no crossing busy streets or long walk overs. Will be staying here again. Note:Parking fee is 50 a car(listed as 40), no big deal, must have increased as everything else these days. Enjoyed the included beach chairs.

This was our first time in PCB. The property was in walking distance of several good restaurants. Everything else was about an $8 Uber ride away. The property was clean and well furnished. Wi-Fi worked well. We will stay here again!

Excellent family-friendly condo in perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was our first time staying at sunrise beach and this unit made our vacation perfect! One of the pools were closed for reno so we heard some construction, but it wasn’t too bad. The owners of this condo put incredible thought into their unit! Everything was meticulously organized and taken care of. We would definitely book this unit again!

Great place for your family. Quiet and right on the beach. not crowded. Only thing parking garage was small, but never had a hard time finding a parking spot. Only one pool was open which was fine, it was never really crowded. I would stay here again with my family. Every quick response if any concerns or questions even before the trip. We stay a week, the water was great and again not as crowded as other places on the beach at that time.

The views were beautiful! The beach service was a definite plus.

The overall stay was goods but the living room furniture needs to be replaced. The arms of the couch were pretty discussing. I covered the furniture with the sheets that were provided for the pull out couch. I also had to vacuum the living floor because it was covered in hair. The layout, kitchen, and laundry room was excellent! The beach service was great and check in was seamless, we even got in early.

Love the condo and location!

Everything was just as described we were very happy with our stay the location, beachfront pools etc. loved everything about this property. I had read that the parking was tight but we have an Exl Ford expedition and had no problems whatsoever. Parking was sufficient and so nice to have covered parking. The only complaint I would have about the entire stay was the nest thermostat kept resetting itself to 78° so we would have to turn it down every day. Not really a big deal, just a little annoying when you would get back to a warm condo.

Saved the Day

We were supposed to go to Gulf Shores for the week, but we had to cancel due to extreme renovations at that condo. This place popped up last minute and exceeded our expectations! This place was nicer than the place we had originally booked. The views were amazing. Great location on the street and in the building. The place was impeccably clean. It was just two of us that stayed, but I could see this being great for 6-8 people as well. There was a full-sized laundry room, and everything you need in the kitchen. Only minor complaint is that the living room balcony lock didn’t work. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. This place makes me want to purchase a condo in the same building.
