This was a perfect home for our extended family. It had everything we needed. Being on the beach was great and such an easy walk down the path. We were worried about being next to the public access walkway but we had no issues whatsoever. This was far enough away from the traffic of PCB but close enough to everything. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Excellent vacation home for Large family waith Great Beach Access

We loved the location of this home, far enough away from large condos such that beach was not crowded but close enough for short trip to tourist areas. The home offers great beach views and access so when the weather wasn't the best, we could still enjoy the scenery. Also highly recommend Sunnyside Grill for a nearby breakfast (We did take out).

We are going home today after a great week at PCB. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was the best. Close to restaurants and activities but on a quiet strip of beach. We have been coming here around 30 years.

Can’t beat the location. Steps from the back door is the beautiful Gulf Coast Beach. Everything in the rental promotion was as it was. We went with adults and teenagers and it was great.

Perfect location

The house was clean and attractive and 14 family members fit very well. The location was absolutely perfect. The water was very few steps from the house. So convenient. We would absolutely choose to rent it again.

The check in process was great, if I had a complaint it is that you pay a lot of money to have a private beach spot only to not be able to sit anywhere near your house. The beach access being right beside you makes it not an ideal location to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, perfect location, close to beach and far enough away from all the crowds, had some minor problems that was taken care of quickly except needing new stove, some deep cleaning needed, portalable fans are dirty. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the location and spaciousness of the property! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. I would suggest bringing beach chairs and towels, as I found it slightly odd that a house directly on the sand doesn’t have it available but that is their policy, so be sure to pack some of your own. I really enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to grocery stores, eateries and more. I will absolutely be back. The vacation rental company was super pleasant to deal with and very professional!

Didn’t want to leave!!

A-MAZ-ING! House was awesome, right on the white sand clean beach! Better than expected. Only issue we had was we couldn’t find the broom. We stayed eight days and would have stayed longer if we were able. Kids, ages 3-15, had a blast. There is a beach access right next to it but we rarely noticed the people coming and going so don’t let that deter you from staying here! We will definitely rent again next time we go to Florida.

Come for the view/access

Access to the beach was exactly as described. I have never stayed in a more convenient location. We had some issues with clean bedding, but management was responsive and gave us new bedding that day. The kitchen is stocked in terms of cookware, but has absolutely no extras (seasonings, oils, tinfoil, etc), so be aware of that when booking. Overall, great trip and good location. PS: we didn’t have any issue with the porch. You’re there for the view, not the furniture.

Wonderful House Right on the Beach

This is a great house! It is very clean and spacious. The upstairs master suite has fantastic views of the ocean and a spacious balcony. The house is right on the beach...just go down the back steps and walk out onto the sand. I liked hearing the surf from the open windows. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. I liked being a little ways away from the crowds at Panama City Beach. When we were there, many restaurants in the area where closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we could still find places to eat. Overall, we loved this house and I would highly recommend it as a great place to stay for a beach vacation.
