Home Away From Home

Great little cottage. Perfect for a couple, not a great place for big family. Close walk to beach and everything was a really close drive. Loved the dognut shop in walking distance. Overall enjoyed our stay

One what the beach

My second stay here. The beach is a short walk away . The property is on a very quiet street which is wonderful for sleep. Also a short walk from the grocery which is very convenient. The living area is very basic which was fine by me. Didn’t make any meals during my visit and so I’m not able to comment on kitchen utilities. Enjoyed my stay and I hope to return in the future.

Perfect title

Cozy cottage is the perfect term to describe this unit. Love the decor - not too fancy (that would ruin the atmosphere) yet very well done. The tan and dark brown furnishings accented with pineapple and palm accents is perfect for the unit. Appliances appear to be new or almost new. All worked just fine. You can’t beat the location - one block from the beach and within walking distance to Thomas’ donuts and snacks as well as the Carousel grocery. Very quiet area without all the high rises on the beach.

Great Location

Cute little place with nice deck outside with a view of the water. Short walk to dunes and beach. Grocery store a five minute walk. Everything was very clean. It is an older property so has a bit of a lived in look with lots of pictures and other decorations. The window blinds work OK, but could use replacement. Nice private location surrounded by trees and bushes.

Quiet Residential Area

There were a few small issues when I arrived. I had no contact information from the management company That was my concern. I resolved the issues myself. The rental property is fine considering the cost for the five days. It's quiet and close to the beach. This is an older property which is convenient to the west side of PCB.

Pros: Huge side by side fridge Half a block to beach Nice deck Lots of lizards to keep the bugs down Cons: Window A/C needs shot of freon or replaced No umbrella on deck No washcloths All extension cords and wires should be placed in channel tubing Junk laying all around outside All in all we had a great time. Keep updating the place. It's stood the test of time. Go all out for updating it. Just don't expect Taj Mahal when you get there. Off the beaten path / can't see from roadway Bed was comfy

The owner was great but this was not a VRBO. Had to deal with a company called Vacasa!

Vacasa is the worst to deal with. I will never rent any property managed by them again. If u use VRBO you expect to deal with the property owner. Real people, not a corporation from the left coast. Avoid these this company like the plague. Even the local rep is rude. Crude and socially unacceptable. Overall, this was a great property for a simple vacation. Super owner which was wonderful to know.

Cozy Little Cottage

This cottage is perfect for a couple!! Beach is very close and it's right down the road from Thomas's Donuts ❤️ I do not recommend taking a lot of luggage to this place. My friend and I had way to much stuff for the space. Would like to stay again!!

Weekend getaway

If you’re looking for a quiet beach trip this is the place. Just a short walk and you’re at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. There was a slight problem with the key pad that caused a mild inconvenience but the property manager was on it and resolved it right away. I definitely recommend and I would stay again.

The home is located right on the beach within steps which is nice. The space is quaint but totally comfortable for what we needed. Bedroom area is not private and is on the small side but the bed is comfortable. The kitchen and living area is a good size. The bathroom is the tiniest bathroom I have encountered, but it’s still sufficient and isn’t a deal breaker for me. The location for the price is what works for me. Our stay was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida.

It’s right on the beach which is wonderful. It’s quiet and not attached to any other structures. Parking is included on site. There’s a dining table for 4 people which comes in handy. The bedroom area is open and not private from the living room area. It’s tiny and quaint, but sufficient for our needs. The bathroom on the other hand is very small and harder to navigate. The shower is very small. However, the bathroom is doable in exchange for the lovely scenery surrounding the area.

Absolutely perfect small cottage.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, funky older cottage that has been nicely decorated. We had a deck, a lovely small patio, and a great view from the bedroom area. It was really perfect for two people.

Relaxing on the beach

Just what we hoped. Quiet corner away from the street and two minute walk to the beach. Carousel Grocery and Gift store better than Pier Park Mall by a long shot!
