Beautiful Condo! Extra-Large Balcony, Free Beach Chairs, and Beach Front!

  • Our condo offers two Free beach chairs and one umbrella each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31).

    The condo is an open floor plan that sleeps six with a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. In addition, the master suite has a private bathroom along with a full view of the water. The guest room has a full bathroom as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that will seat six at the table and four more at the counter.

    The balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony of #1908 you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beachgoers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is comfortably furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.

    PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.

    BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Great stay

Nice property with great view and good location. Only 2 elevators working all weekend which made it hard to get up and down to the 19th floor. Unit could use a few updates and a deep cleaning of the living room rug and a few more pots/pans/mixing bowls to cook with but otherwise a nice unit.

The only complaint I have is the elevators at the resort was horrible. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get on. I had my MIL that is 83 and it was very very difficult for her. But I would stay at this unit again.

Immaculately Clean, Convenient Location

We were excited to find this gem last minute. It was immaculately clean. Just as described. Convenient location. Typically experience elevator issues when staying on 19th floor, but not here - no elevator issues! Only minor complaint - dryer took forever to dry towels and front bedroom (2 beds) was significantly warmer than the rest of the unit. Overall, a great experience at a beautiful condo with beautiful views.

Ocean Reef 1908

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Reef is in a great location, close to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. In building parking is a great plus, and the Gulf views from the balcony cannot be matched. The building itself is well maintained, and the building staff are friendly and very helpful. Unit 1908 provides the amenities needed for your stay. A deeper cleaning of the unit would be useful as the AC/heat air vents are quite dirty with dark stains on the vents and on the ceiling in front of them. The tub/shower drain off the master bedroom was plugged, and second bedroom's tub/shower was almost plugged. We put some drain cleaner in both which cleared up that issue, but this is something that should be monitored by the cleaning service for the unit so it does not become an issue. Greta's staff people are great to work with also, very pleasant an accommodating. We've worked with their group for seven years, and will continue to do so.

Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we rented from Greta & the 1st two times were awesome. kitchens were fully stocked with pretty much anything you needed. This condo was severely lacking in the kitchen. Exactly six plates, only three bowls, all glass glasses (no plastic cups), no colander, lack of actual cooking utensils, 1 towel, 1 washcloth. We rent condos with intentions of eating in. The minimal/not even enough kitchen items made more work just to eat breakfast. We ended up just grabbing some disposable stuff from the store. The kitchen was very disappointing compared to our past experiences. Cleaning could have been better. We ended up cleaning out drawers before putting our stuff in them. We also chose this particular unit because we have small kids and it had wood tables compared to glass. When we got there, the owner had put glass covers on the tables. The corners were not beveled so they were pretty sharp and we had to be extra cautious. Yes, we are aware it is our jobs as parents to watch our kids, which is why I chose a condo without glass tables. It was disappointing to get there and find the glass tops and sharp corners. There were also no hooks in the bathrooms for towels or other items. Last, and this is our fault for not noticing. I mention it as a word of caution to other guests, this unit does not include the umbrella & lounge chairs on the beach. Our two previous Condos did so we thought it was standard but no. We missed that in the description & have learned to check in the future. The cost of this unit was the same as another we had rented before & included the chairs. So, if you want the nice chairs, just pay attention to the listing to make sure they are included. All that being said, mgmt may have been able to take care of some of this but we decided not to call them. Mgmt has always been very responsive to us In the past and we will rent from them again. NOT THIS UNIT but others. This unit was very disappointing and we WON'T rent this unit again.

We had so much room that we were able to have all of the family come to our condo for a few family meals. The condo was supplied with plenty of cookware and utensils for our daily use. The cleaning crew did an outstanding job as our unit was spotless. I was a little apprehensive about being on the 19th floor with how slow elevators have been at other condos in the past. However, at Ocean Reef there we three elevators available and they were very speedy. There were plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. I definitely would recommend Runaway Grill, Sharkys, Amore for donuts, and Zollo for pizza. Also, the security personnel and the staff we very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay in 1908 at Ocean Reef again for my next Panama City Beach vacation.

Beautiful view from the largest balcony we have had so far. Condo was large for only 2br and was very clean and pretty. Had a wagon to help get luggage up to room since no carts are here. Pool very clean and also had an indoor pool for those rainy days. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was no beach service and it can add up quickly out of pocket.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at this property a few times. I like this property because it’s in a really good area to walk to a few places and there are lots of kid activities close. The only thing I didn’t like about this unit was the master bed mattress. It feels like it tilts or is just really worn out. Just really uncomfortable. But that’s it. That’s the only complaint I have about this unit.
