Great place to stay

This place was plenty of room for our party of 6. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Being on the 4th floor was a blessing because we were able to take the stairs and not worry about the slow elevators. Everything was clean!

Best view of the beach and easy access

Great place to stay.

I loved the view and the suite was very nice. The elevator situation could be better. It was very occupied and it was difficult to get one on the floor I stayed on which was 4th floor. Other than that, all other accommodates were great.

Needs updates

The carpet and furniture definitely need to be updated. The carpet appeared old and dingy and the sofas were dirty and worn. Pics were provided to the Vacasa. The beds were comfortable!!

Beautiful view

We had a nice time, we had one day in the sun the rest of the time was a wash out… she had rented the beach wheelchair and was only able to had used it once…unfortunately the microwave and stove didn’t work and the dishwasher must’ve been clogged because the bottom was full of water…a couple of nights someone banged on the door and scared my 85 yr old, but with making the best of it.. all the rooms were clean and well stocked (the air smelled like a cigar)it has a Beautiful view ,everyone we had ran across was very Nice

The bad made the good not so good

The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable. The air worked well but had the a/c filter been changed would have worked better. All the staff were great. A lot of reviews mention the sliding door being hard to open & close. The door is heavy because it’s a hurricane rated sliding door, so it is going to be heavy & hard to slide for a reason. The internet is horrible &,the elevators are even worse. The unit has not been maintained properly.

Could be a great place to stay

Let me start by saying the views are great and the staff on site are great. But the couch is nasty and the fridge is in need of repairs. Also I hope you are in ok shape because it is 6 flights of stairs to the beach because if you what on the elevator you will be there for 20 to 30 minute’s then you will hit the stairs.I don’t know if it the owner or Vacasa that is not fixing the stuff that needs fixing in the unit. I paid to much to stay there and nothing gets fixed and we were there 7 days. I suggest you keep looking for a better unit.

Very DIRTY CONDO!!!

This condo was very dirty! Used towels left in bathrooms, bathtubs was so filthy my wife would not touch it. Face bowl and toilet did not drain in the master bedroom! Thank heaven it was only two of us in the three bedroom unit. Furniture in the main living area was soiled to the point we didn’t feel comfortable setting on it. We surely will not return! Loved the beach . The condo little outdated . Could use a paint job . One of the kitchen chairs had no screws in it . Luckily child wasn’t hurt . Hot water went out in 2 of the bathrooms . Could use extra blankets in room . Carpets in living room and 2 bedrooms needed steam cleaning . . Out of I believe 8 elevators , only 3 were working for our stay of Oct4-8,2024 . This made beach trips and checkout almost unbearable waiting on an elevator to come . Not to mention trying to go out for dinner. Luckily we were on 4th floor . Condo was roomy and comfortable . Just needs a little care . Overall love Panama City ! Staff was ver gracious, warm, and inviting ! Thank you !

Nice place

The condo overall was nice. The balcony door was a little hard to open and our children had a hard time with it but I think this is how many places are. The condo was supplied with plenty of towels and dishes. I would recommend for anyone staying to make sure to bring extra blankets as the blankets provided are pretty thin. We did have extra blankets so it was not an issue for us. The couches were a little worn and the pull out sofa was very hard to pull out and put back in. I would recommend the owners to maybe look into replacing it. Other than that, we did not have any issues with anything. Vacasa was very easy to work with and provided all our information we needed in a timely manner. They even called us the day of to see what time we would be arriving and we were already in town and they were able to get us in to our condo an hour earlier than expected. I would book this room again and book with Vacasa again.

5 days at Tidewater

The view was amazing! However, the condo is in need of changes! It needs new furniture as the couch and love seat were dirty. It need some updating! Overall the stay was awesome, but definitely needs some attention!

Perfect

Very clean. We had 5 people and it was plenty of room. Washer and dryer worked great! King bed was soooo comfy. Queen bed had a plastic liner on it that was kinda noisy. Bunk beds were sturdy and we loved having three bathrooms. Plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags were provided for 10 days. Restaurant was great! Tiki bar was good. Loved the music by the pool. Indoor hot tubs were out of order which kinda sucked. Family complained that the internet was slowwwww but I was on vacation so it was fine with me lol. Check in/check out was a breeze. Loved the shopping carts you could borrow for getting groceries to the room! The free beach chairs and umbrella was nice too! Would definitely rent again! ❤️

Saggy beds

The King bed was saggy. The Queen had a king-size foam topper on top of the Queen mattress so the sheet didn't stay on. Not a great a of cookware, but the coffee maker and stove worked great. The washer and dryer in the he unit was tremendous.

We'll Be Back!😀

I loved the view from the balcony, loved the amenities, loved the convenience of everything, loved easy access to parking garage. We were delighted that our unit had 3 seperate bathrooms,as their were 3 adults staying. There were a few things we didn't like, but the staff was excellent, and were very accomodating, took care of any issues very promptly to ensure we were happy. When the AC wasn't working properly, maintence was right on it in record time! Misty, manager at front desk was so super nice, and went the extra mile to make things right! I will definitely be coming back!😀

Tidewater 410

We loved the condo and our stay. Everything we wanted to do was close by. We went on the dolphin tour and it was amazing. All the staff were hospitable and helped us in anything that asked. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!

We will be back to stay again

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. It was very clean and spacious. The only thing was that there was only 1 chair on the patio instead of a set of 2. Other than that we plan to book this exact home again!

Needs a good cleaning and updates. They really NEED TO FIX SLIDER DOOR TO BALCONY! Saw older review stating same and it is still not fixed. Maintenance (very nice) came to assess and stated needed a seal- we had to keep putting large frame back on glass- safety hazard! Enjoyed Panama but for price these things need to be addressed.

Perfect location in the building

The 4th floor is just high enough to see ocean life from the balcony without being too high to take the stairs with ease when the elevators are backed up. The bridge to the parking garage is on the 2nd floor.
