Perfect stay

We had a combo work/vaca over spring break week and it was great! My spouse worked in the condo most of the day and I would stay on the beach and pop back in for meals, making it feel homey and easy to manage! We had some great meals on 30a too. We would definitely come back for another trip.

We didn’t want to leave!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean and updated. Plenty of room for us. The views were beautiful. Everything was available that we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Location

Perfect location. Easy access to where we needed to go. Property is a little run down. Furniture is worn. Parking spot was very narrow for an SUV. The only person we came in contact with was the security guard. Very friendly and helpful.

Great property, location & super clean! The view is amazing…beach chairs available as promised. The combination entrance is EVERYTHING! No waiting around for the key.

Everything was like the pictures showed and description described. Condo had everything we needed. A minor issue with tv service which was immediately addressed by company and taken care of

A week of sunshine and relaxing at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as described. You just can’t get a better view than on the balcony that has comfortable furniture to relax on. We saw dolphins and manta rays multiple times from the balcony during our stay. It really was the perfect place to vacation!

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and had everything we could need or want. The balcony is huge and was wonderful during the few rain showers we had. The beach chair service was quite slow for several days, so take your own or expect to go without the chairs until about 10. It totally depends on who is working. The last day the chairs and umbrellas were out by 7, unfortunately there was day they were not put out at all. So be aware of that. Even with the chair thing this condo was excellent and we absolutely loved our stay. The beach access is excellent!

Ocean Reef is a very nice 23 story building that is well-maintained and staffed. The condo itself was very comfortable, extremely quiet and well-stocked. We used the huge balcony a lot. There is a dining table and very comfortable seating. The private beach is lovely. Having assigned chairs/umbrella for the week was a big luxury. Thank you for a lovely stay. S

Condo 1202 coral reef

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice enough although it was dusty, appliances had fingerprints all over them. It certainly was much cleaner when we left due to me cleaning However, I have to say I am a neat freak and my expectations are extreme. Needs more bath linens. I washed towels daily due to 4 adults staying in condo. Would also be better if it wasn’t carpeted. Pros- kitchen was very well stocked, nice large balcony, had no maintenance problems, beautiful views and right on the beach. Location is in the older part of PCB but we chose the area so our 17 and 19 your old would have plenty of close activities.

July 2024 Stay

This was our first trip to PCB. We stayed at Ocean Reef. It was absolutely amazing. Within walking distance to many popular places to eat and shop. The Condo itself was beautiful. We cannot wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished and a fully supplied kitchen. We especially love the huge balcony which was also nicely furnished. The view of the beach is spectacular and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. We were well taken care of. Our garbage disposal broke, and it was replaced the next day. Requests we made were responded to quickly and with friendliness. We are snowbirds and this was our third 10-week stay. Feels like home and we can’t wait to come back again next year.

Wonderful place to stay

After driving for hours, it was nice to come to a hassle free check in, and enter a condo that made me feel I just got home. A lot of great attractions nearby, restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very comfortable. Beach beautiful, and not very crowded

Reviewer Comments: The property is exactly as described - a well maintained 2/2 on the 12th floor with an amazing view of the gulf, and only steps from the beach.There is plenty of space in the unit and wi-fi/cable worked with no issues.The balcony is one of the highlights as it is a large space to sit and look out onto the gulf while hearing the waves crash onto the shore beneath you.There are also lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance of Ocean Reef so no need to get in your car unless you feel like checking out more of Panama City Beach.I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves the beach.
