The balcony and view were spectacular. Balcony furnishings were good. Outdoor pool and surrounding area along with the indoor pool area were very nice. Access to the beach was easy.

Condo was comfortable for my family with toddlers. Close to everything but expect long elevator waits and loud music coming from traffic. Right on the beach with chair rentals available. Host was responsive, late check out was reasonably priced and glad we had that option available. Overall a good pic.

We loved this room, the resort, the parking, the amenities. We had a great experience. Water was beautiful. Accommodations updated, comfortable, clean, kitchen appropriately stocked. Appreciated the broom, coffee filters, and vacuum. We will stay again!

Needs carts for Luggage, more towels and wash rags, needs to me able to have an early check in available, more parking passes for larger families, and why pay a cleaning fee when we have to take the trash out and load the dish washer and start it. Clean room and pool. The beach areas was also a lot smaller. Just overall we Prolly wouldn’t stay here again.

Condo was clean and felt like home. Just a side note for the home owner. The tub drain was slow. The garbage disposal was grinding but not draining. And the dryer vent was full of sand

Sofa was very old and needed replacing. Iron had gunk all over it and was useless. One TV did not work and I reported it. Three days later I left with no technician to show up. Wont go back

2005 Called and they want their TV's, and Fridge Back

We having been renting Condos on the Beach for the last 13 Years and this was the first time that the Fridge did not have an automatic Ice Maker in the freezer. The TV in the bedroom was a flat screen but screen size was about 15 inches and no HDMI or usb connections the one in the Living Room had a 20 inch screen but did have an HDMI Connection. I wasn't expecting a Large TV Screen, but these 2 small screen TV"S looked like they had been purchased at a Goodwill Store and where probably manufactured in 2005. For the price we paid per night, and the lack of modern convivences this is just unacceptable. Won't be renting there again in the future.

Nice View; No Supplies!

This condo is very nicely located. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The parking space and condo door are both near the elevator. There were a few negatives. The condo appeared to be cleaned well, but when I got in the shower, someone's used soap was still in the soap holder. It is NOT well stocked. There is very little to cook with so bring your own stuff if you plan to cook. There was only a thin sheet and thin cover on the beds. No extra blankets so if you get cold, bring a blanket. The parking pass was not in the condo as I was told. I contacted management who said someone would bring it to me right away, but they never did. I was able to get a pass for parking across the street from security. Even with those negatives, I was very happy there and would book it again. I would just bring some kitchen supplies and bedroom linens this time.

Ocean Reef 805, Left a lot to be desired!

First, the photos are deceiving. This condo has been neglected for some time. The floors are dirty, dirty and need a deep cleaning. If barefoot your feet will be black within minutes. I had to wear shoes the entire time in condo to keep clean. Grout is black in bathrooms. The walls are all scuffed up with markings everywhere. The guest toilet did not flush and made for a huge headache. The thermostat was programmed to not go below 70 degrees and at times it would be warmer than desired. The best part of the unit is the balcony. Very large and oceanfront. Unfortunately you are not able to see sunrise but the sunset was beautiful from the balcony. I hate to say it but I won’t be back to ocean reef 805. Good luck future guests.

Cozy and quiet condo

The condo was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It had all we needed for our stay. Very spacious with a large private balcony. Parking was super easy with unit assigned parking spaces. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful View

Overall we loved the condo! It is beautiful and spacious and just like the pictures. The only cons I have is there’s no deadbolt lock on the main door so we had to put a chair under it because we traveled with a toddler and there no curtain in the bedroom with the double beds. Besides that the condo was great

girls trip for 50th

the size of the balcony and view was amazing, although the company only left us ONE trash liner (which was already in the can) and we had to go buy our own salt, pepper, coffee and filters VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!

Dirty and not welcoming - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The condo was filthy when I arrived; mold in the coffee pot, dirt and grime on all surfaces, broken lamp shade, no lamp in living room, no pull chains on ceiling fans, grout in kitchen and both bathrooms is black from dirt (should be white); no instructions for TVs, TV in living room stuck on closed caption, no way to turn off; TV in master too small to see from bed; maid invaded my privacy while I was out to breakfast (I paid for late checkout) I came back from breakfast to find the bed striped, the jigsaw puzzle I worked back in the box, my stuff was in bags and on the floor, the maid emptying the dirty dishes in the dishwasher to put away in the cabinets, and then she refused to leave. Management does NOT EXIST. In fact, they will not even provide the name of the local management company for me to send my complaints! I spent the 1st hour on the phone trying to get the condo cleaned; I had to clean all surfaces myself before I could unpack. The trash can was filthy; bed skirts torn and ragged. The master bathtub stopped up. The owner is clearly not in the business of making guests feel welcomed to the beach; but only out for the money. The condo is not "beachy" at all. I spent the last day on the phone with "Management" because the Maid entered my condo while I was away. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR VACASA!!! RUN! There are plenty of places to stay in Panama City Beach that are welcoming and friendly.

Great place to stay

Did not like to pay fees to VRBO and Vacasa…. Condo was very nice, king headboard needs to be fixed or replaced, and tub drained very slow. Conveniently located close to lots of places to eat and within walking distance! Recommend Runaway Island for lunch or dinner!!!

Beautiful place. Could have used toilet paper and soap, but clean and spacious.

I loved it. Wish the fees were talked about up front. Cleaning and convenience fees are fine. Almost $400 is misc fees is unacceptable after over $400 in the other fees. Loved the place though!!
