There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room in the home. The screened deck on the main level is a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. Being just across the street from St Joseph Bay, it is within walking distance to a public kayak ramp which opens up into the head of the Bay. There is a bike path across the street that extends the length of the peninsula. By the way, the unit is perfectly named because one can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!

Floor Plan: Ground level – covered, paved parking. 1st level – gulf front living room with furnished, screened deck, sleeper sofa and TV; kitchen with stackable W/D, dining area and half bath. 2nd level Bedroom 1 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV, open deck and full bath with shower/tub combo; full bath with shower only, Bedroom 2 – duo bunk set, TV and DVD; and Bedroom 3 – bay view bedroom with king bed, TV and small deck facing St. Joseph Bay.
